ՀԱՊԿ երկրների առաջնորդները ուրբաթ օրը հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկել են Ղարաբաղի խնդիրը` փոխզիջումներ գտնելու փնրտման համատեքստում, լրագրողներին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը: Այդ մասին հայտնում է RIA Novosti-ն:

Պուտինը Երևանում հոկտեմբերի 14-ին մասնակցել է ՀԱՊԿ-ի գագաթնաժողովին:

«ՀԱՊԿ-ը ստեղծվել է արտաքին բնույթի սպառնալիքների դիմակայման համար: Մենք պետք է արձագանքենք այն բանին, ինչ տեղի է ունենում մեր կողքին, սակայն պետք է ձգտենք այն բանին, որպեսզի բոլոր խնդիրները, որոնք հասել են մեզ անցյալից, լուծվեն խաղաղ ճանապարհով` փոխզիջումների հիման վրա: Հենց փոխզիջումներն են, որոնց պատրաստ են գնալ և՛ այս, և՛ մյուս կողմը: Այդ համատեքստում մենք քննարկել ենք Ղարաբաղյան խնդիրը»,- ասել է Պուտինը մամլո ասուլիսի ժամանակ:

Նա նշել է, որ Երևանում քննարկվել է նաև «որոշակի լարվածությունը» Խորհրդային Միության այլ նախկին հանրապետությունների միջև: Նրա խոսքով` «մեզ համար նույնիսկ կարևոր չէ, ԽՍՀՄ նախկին հանրապետություններից այս կամ այն երկիրը մտնո՞ւմ է ՀԱՊԿ կազմի մեջ, թե՞ ոչ»:

«Կարևոր է, որ մենք այդ բոլոր երկրների հետ ունենք հատուկ, պատմականորեն ձևավորված հարաբերություններ: Եվ նրանք ավելի մոտ են, այդ հարաբերությունները, և խորը, քան պարզապես հարաբերությունները ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրների միջև: Մենք չենք կարող դա հաշվի չառնել»,- ավելացրել է Պուտինը:
