Օրերս վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, մեր պաշտոնյաներին ոչ բնորոշ քայլով, կրկին հայտնվեց լրատվամիջոցների ու սոցցանցերի ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Դեպքն ըստ էության առանձնահատուկ չէր, քանի որ տարբեր պետական հիմնարկների մոտ հաճախ կարելի է հանդիպել տարբեր քաղաքացիների, որոնք երբեմն դարանակալում են այս կամ այն պաշտոնյային և վերջինիս հայտնվելուց փորձում են մոտենալ կամ ինչ-որ նամակ փոխանցել։

Մոտավորապես այս նույն սցենարով էլ երկու լացակումած կին փորձեցին մոտենալ Կարեն Կարապետյանին, որն արդեն մեքենա էր նստել։ Անակնկալը, ըստ էության, սկսվեց հենց այստեղից։

Վարչապետը պարզապես իջավ մեքենայից և մոտեցավ նշված կանանց՝ խորը ցայտնոտի մեջ գցելով իր թիկնապահին, որը պարզապես շփոթության մեջ անիմաստ այս ու այն կողմ էր վազվզում։ Վարչապետն ընդամենը մի քանի րոպե լսեց խնդրանքը, խոստացավ անդրադառնալ և նստելով մեքենան՝ հեռացավ։ Ըստ էության փոքրիկ այս միջադեպը բազում տարբեր գնահատականներ ստացավ։ Նախ՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանի քայլը սկսեցին ներկայացնել որպես գրեթե հանճարեղ PR քայլ, մյուս կողմից` նրան սկսեցին մեղադրել կեղծ PR-ի մեջ, որոշ դեպքերում հնչեցին նաև ոչ պատշաճ գնահատականներ։

Իսկ իրականում ոչ մի արտառոց բան էլ չէր կատարվել։ Արդյո՞ք վարչապետի վարքագիծը PR էր: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այո՛, բայց այստեղ որևէ մեղադրելի բան չափազանց դժվար է գտնել, քանի որ ցանկացած քաղաքական գործչի գործունեության անբաժան մասն են կազմում PR քայլերն ու տեխնոլոգիաները։ Մյուս կողմից՝ ի՞նչ է նշանակում կեղծ PR, դժվար է հասկանալ, քանի որ ցանկացած նման գործողություն ինքնին կեղծիքի մեծ չափաբաժին ունի, որից հնարավոր չէ խուսափել։

Վերջապես, անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ շարժառիթներով Կարեն Կարապետյանը որոշեց իջնել մեքենայից և մոտենալ այդ կանանց, խոստովանեմ, որ նրա այդ քայլը բավական ակնահաճո էր և անակնկալ դրական քայլ, ուստի երբեմն կարելի է ուղղակի հետևել ու չծանրաբեռնվել ենթատեքստեր ու թաքնված իմաստներ որոնելու անշնորհակալ գործով։

Չնայած պետք է խոստովանենք, որ հայաստանյան մեդիադաշտում կան որոշ փսևդոլրատվամիջոցներ, որոնք հստակ պատվեր ունեն քարկոծել կամ դրվատել այս կամ այն գործչին: Վերջիններիս պարագայում պարզապես պետք է զինվել համբերությամբ։
