ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը ծննդյան 65-ամյակի առթիվ շնորհավորել է հայտնի շախմատիստ, Շենգավիթի շախմատի մանկապատանեկան մարզադպրոցի տնօրեն, միջազգային գրոսմայստեր Ռաֆայել Վահանյանին: Ինչպես Past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի շնորհավորական ուղերձում ասվում է.
«Դուք շախմատային տաղանդավոր սերնդի փայլուն ներկայացուցիչներից մեկն եք, ում մարզական հարուստ կենսագրությունն աչքի է ընկնում ոչ միայն խաղատախտակի առջեւ բազմաթիվ նվաճումներով, այլեւ շախմատի` որպես արվեստի հանդեպ ստեղծագործական յուրահատուկ մոտեցմամբ:
