Առաջնային գծում ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ձեռնարկվող սադրիչ գործողությունների հաճախականությունը և այդ ընթացքում կիրառվող զինատեսակների քանակական ու որակական աճի դինամիկան փաստում է, որ Բաքուն, հանձինս իր ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության, որդեգրել է իրավիճակը պատերազմականին մոտեցնելու հանցավոր մարտավարություն: Վերջին շրջանում հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գոտում տեղ գտնող զարգացումներն ու դրանց զուգահեռ իրականացվող ռազմաշունչ հայտարարությունները ասվածի վկայությունն են: Այսօր արդեն Ադրբեջանը ոչ թե, ինչպես նախկինում էր, սեփական քարոզչությամբ փորձում է իր իսկ կողմից ձեռնարկվող նախահարձակ գործողությունները մատուցել որպես հայկական կողմին ուղղված պատասխան քայլեր, այլև տարբեր տրամաչափի հրետանային, ռեակտիվ հրթիռահրետանային և հրաձգային զենքերից' հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ պարբերաբար իրականացվող արկակոծումներն ու գնդակոծումները բացահայտ լկտիությամբ ներկայացնում է ոչ այլ կերպ, քան իր ռազմական հնարավորությունները ցուցադրելու մարտավարական ու ռազմավարական կարևորության մտահղացման իրագործում: Այս մասին ասված է ԼՂՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայության տարածած հաղորդագրությունում:
ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը նախազգուշացնում է, որ Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից որդեգրած այդօրինակ գործելաոճը ոչ միայն պատճառ է դառնում չարդարացված ու անդառնալի կորուստների, այլև դեպքերի նման զարգացման շարունակականության խորացումը հնարավոր է հանգեցնի անկանխատեսելի հետևանքների:
Ելնելով վերոնշյալից' Արցախի հանրապետության ռազմական գերատեսչության ղեկավարությունը տեղեկացնում է ինչպես Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, այնպես էլ ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմամբ զբաղվող միջազգային կառույցներին, մասնավորապես' ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին, որ հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում տեղ գտնող հետագա սրացումների և դրանցից բխող հետևանքների ողջ պատասխանատվությունն ընկնում է ադրբեջանական կողմի վրա:
