«Կարծես թե ինձ համապատասխան չէր»։ Այս արտահայտությունը մենք հաճախ ենք լսում՝ որպես անսպասելի բաժանման արդարացում։ Կամ էլ ինքներս ենք ասում այս բառերը։ Բայց բոլորին թվում էր, թե իդեալական հարաբերությունների ականատես էին։ Հնարավոր է՝ ինքներդ էլ էիք այդ կարծիքին։ Երբեմն անհասկանալի է, թե ինչու է իրական սերը չքանում։ Adme.ru-ն գտել է այս ֆենոմենի բացատրությունը։ Հայտնի հոգեբան Ջեդ Դեյմոնը 40 տարվա կլինիկական հետազոտություններից հետո հանգեց այն եզրահանգման, որ մարդկանց մեծ մասն իրականում չի գտնում «իր» մարդուն։ Պարզապես նրանք չեն դիմանում հարաբերությունների 5 աստիճաններին՝ կանգ առնելով երրորդի վրա։
1. Սիրահարվածություն։ Սա էտապ է, երբ մեր ուղեղը «թմրած է» երջանկության հորմոնով։ Սա ձեր բոլոր հույսերի և ցանկությունների պրոյեկցիան է ձեր զուգընկերոջ վրա։ Իսկ զուգընկերն այս դեպքում պարզապես իդեալական մարդ է՝ առանց որևէ թերության։ Դուք կարծում եք, թե նա միշտ կատարելու է ձեր բոլոր ցանկությունները, հավատում եք նրա ասած յուրաքանչյուր բառին և երազում եք հավերժ սիրո մասին՝ ըստ էության մերժելով բոլորի կասկածները։
2. Հարաբերությունների օրինական սկիզբ։ Այս շրջանում սերն ավելի ուժեղ է դառնում, և հանդիպումներին փոխարինում է համատեղ ապրուստը։ Միմյանց ավելի լավ եք ճանաչում, սկսում եք ազդեցություն ունեննալ զուգընկերոջ կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտների վրա։ Սա միավորման և ուրախության ժամանակ է։ Այս շրջանում հնարավոր է երկար սպասված երեխաների ծնունդ, ինչը միայն ամրացնում է կապերը։ Դուք ձեզ պաշտպանված, ցանկալի եք զգում։ Ենթադրում եք, որ իսկապես գտել եք «ձեր» մարդուն, որ դա ճակատագիր է, և, որ երբեք չեք կասկածի սրանում։
3. Հիասթափություն։ Այս շրջանում էլ փլվում են բոլոր հույսերը։ Զգացողություն է առաջանում, թե զգացմունքներն անվերադարձ մարում են, զուգընկերը դառնում է պարզապես կանխատեսելի, իսկ նրա վարքը սկսում է նյարդայնացնել։ Ցանկանում եք հարաբերություններն ընդմիջել կամ ընդհանրապես ընդունել, որ նա «ձերը» չէր։ Այդպես լինում է, չէ՞։ Ինչո՞ւ ինքդ քեզ տանջես մի մարդու հետ, ում հետ ինչ-որ պահի լավ էր։ Ինչ-որ պահի…
4. Ճգնաժամի հաղթահարում և անցում մեծ սիրո։ Եթե դուք աչքերը փակ կամ մի կերպ քարշ տալով սերը՝ համոզվածությամբ անցնում եք երրորդ շրջանը, ստանում եք հետևյալը՝ ջնջվում են այն պատրանքները, որոնք արտացոլել եք ձեր զուգընկերոջ վրա։ Ձեր առջև կկանգնի ոչ թե նա, ում դուք ցանկանում էիք տեսնել ձեր կողքին, այլ իրական մարդը։ Դուք ընդունում, իսկ, որ ավելի կարևոր է, հասկանում եք զուգընկերոջ թերությունները։ Դուք անցնում եք, այսպես կոչված, մեծ սիրուն։
5.
