ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հոկտեմբերի 13-ին հանդիպել է ՌԴ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության դաշնային ծառայության տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Ֆոմինի հետ: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Իվան Վոլինկինը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկկողմ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության ընթացիկ խնդիրներն ու հեռանկարները:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Ալեքսանդր Ֆոմինը, մասնավորապես, նշել է ոլորտում համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու լայն հնարավորությունների և դրանք կյանքի կոչելու պատրաստականության մասին և այս առումով կարևորել է Հայաստանում սպառազինության և պաշտպանական տեխնոլոգիաների «ԱրմՀայՏեք» միջազգային ցուցահանդեսի անցկացումը:
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանն իր հերթին ընդգծել է վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում կուտակված զգալի գիտակրթական ներուժի, տնտեսապես շահավետ նոր մշակումների մասին, որոնք ոչ միայն պաշտպանության ոլորտում օգտագործելու, այլև միջազգային շուկաներ դուրս գալու հեռանկարներ ունեն:
Կողմերը քննարկել են նաև ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության ոլորտում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները և գոհունակություն հայտնել դրանց կատարման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ:
Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը և ՌԴ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության դաշնային ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ Վլադիմիր Դրոժժովը ստորագրել են ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը կարգավորող Լրացուցիչ Արձանագրություն:
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը և ՌԴ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության դաշնային ծառայության տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Ֆոմինը ստորագրել են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության զարգացման մասին» պայմանագրի իրականացման կարգի մասին Համաձայնագիրը:
