Կրթական գաղջն ու վարչապետի հանձնարարականը

Կառավարության նիստում այսօր վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը մի շարք հանձնարարականներ է ներկայացրել: Վերջիններիս թվում առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն ուներ կրթական հաստատություններում ղեկավար կազմի ընտրության մեխանիզմների կանոնակարգումը, մասնավորապես ազգակցական-բարեկամական հարաբերությունների սկզբունքների գերակայությունն այս գործընթացում:
Ըստ էության, կրթական հաստատությունները չափազանց կարևոր օղակ են ոչ միայն սերնդի դաստիարակության ու կրթության տեսանկյունից, այլև հասարակական գործընթացներում այս օղակի դերակատարությունից:
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ համապետական ու տեղական ընտրությունների ժամանակ ընտրական տեղամասերի մեծ մասը տեղակայված է լինում հենց կրթական հաստատություններում, իսկ տվյալ կրթական հաստատության մանկավարժական կազմի գերակշիռ մասը լինում է և գործում է որպես ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամ:
Թերևս սա էր պատճառը, որ վերջին շրջանում հաճախ է խոսվում այն մասին, որ մանկավարժների մի ստվար հատվածը ընտրակեղծիքներում գլխավոր դերակատարություն ունեն: Թերևս հենց այս խոսակցությունները սկսվում են հենց կրթական հաստատություններում տիրող անառողջ բարքերից: Ըստ էության, այստեղ նաև իրենց դերակատարությունն ունեն մեր նշած անառողջ բարքերը, քանի որ վարչապետի նշած մոր և դստեր կամ ընդհանրապես կրթական հաստատությունը ընտանեկան բիզնեսի վերածած անձինք ամեն գնով պատրաստ են ստանալ իրենց գործողությունների համար քարտ-բլանշ:
Նման իրավիճակում մեզ մնում է միայն հուսալ, որ վարչապետի հանձնարարականի իրական կատարման արդյունքում Հայաստանում կունենանք շատ թե քիչ առողջ կրթական հաստատություններ, որոնք, ցավոք սրտի, ներկայումս վարկաբեկված են, ինչպես վարկաբեկված է մանկավարժի անունն ու գործունեությունը՝ վերը նշված պատճառներից ելնելով:
