ՌԴ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի հարաբերություններում բարդություններg «Ուկրաինայից ու Սիրիայից շատ առաջ են սկսվել». Լավրով

ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը ափսոսանք Է հայտնել ՌԴ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի հարաբերությունների ներկա վիճակի առթիվ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նա հայտարարել Է CNN հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույում, որից մի դրվագ ներկայացված Է հեռուստաընկերության կայքում: Հարցազրույցի ամբողջական տեքստը զետեղված Է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարության կայքում:

«Ցավում են այն բանի համար, ինչ այժմ տեղի Է ունենում ռուս-ամերիկյան հարաբերություններում,- ասել Է նախարարը:- Կարծում եմ՝ մենք բավական շատ խնդիրներ ունենք»: Նա նաեւ նշել Է, որ քաղաքական գործիչների օրակարգը չպետք Է ազդի մարդկանց հարաբերությունների վրա:

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ ՌԴ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի հարաբերություններում բարդություններն «սկսվել են Ուկրաինայից շատ առաջ, Սիրիայից շատ առաջ»: Այդ կապակցությամբ նա հիշեցրել Է «Մագնիտսկու օրենքը», ինչպես նաեւ Էդվարդ Սնոուդենի հետ կապված իրադրությունը, «որը հայտնվել Էր ռուսական հողում», երբ թռչում Էր ոչ թե Ռուսաստան, այլ լատինամերիկյան երկրներից մեկը-ը:

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հոկտեմբերի 12-ին հայտարարել Է, թե ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի վարչակազմի հետ երկխոսություն վարելը բարդ Է, որովհետեւ այն ավելի նմանվում Է իր պայմանները պարտադրելու ամերիկյան կողմի փորձին:

«Վարչակազմը ձեւակերպում Է ինչ իրեն հարկավոր Է, իսկ հետո պնդում, որ դա կատարվի: Բայց դա երկխոսություն չԷ, այլ թելադրանք: Եվ այդպես գրեթե բոլոր հարցերում»,-նշել Է Պուտինը: Նա հավելել Է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ Է համագործակցել ԱՄՆ-ի հետ պայմանով, որ ե՛ւ Մոսկվան, ե՛ւ Վաշինգտոնը հարգեն միմյանց շահերը:

Նախագահը խոստովանել Է, որ Մոսկվան մտահոգված Է ռուս-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների վատացման կապակցությամբ, բայց նշել Է, որ դա Մոսկվայի ընտրությունը չԷր: Նա նաեւ ասել Է, որ Մոսկվան պատրաստ Է աշխատել ԱՄՆ-ի ցանկացած նախագահի հետ, որին կընտրի այդ երկրի ժողովուրդը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
