Այսօր առավոտյան համացանցում հայտնված տեսանյութում, որտեղ երեւում է, թե ինչպես է մի կին ապտակում երեխային, ոչ թե մանկապարտեզի դաստիարակչուհին է եղել, այլ՝ երեխայի մայրը:
Այս մեր զրույցում ասաց Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արթուր Գեւորգյանը: «Դեպքը որեւէ առնչություն չունի մանկապարտեզի հետ: Պարզվել է, որ երեխային ապտակողն իր մայրն է: Իսկ տեսանյութում, որ ասվում է՝ ո՞ւր ես վազում, Գո՛ռ, որ ընկար մամադ ո՞ւմ է ասելու, ապա այդ կինը Գոռի մայրիկի ընկերուհին է, նույն բակից են եւ նա երեխաներին տարել էր Բուսաբանական այգի՝ զբոսանքի»,- մանրամասնեց Գեւորգյանը:
Նշենք, որ ոստիկանությունը նույնպես ուսումնասիրում է տեսանյութը: Եթե՝ ինչպես պնդում է Քաղաքապետարանը, երեխային ապտակողը նրա մայրն է, ապա նույնիսկ դա նրան չի ազատում քրեական պատասխանատվությունից. մասնավորապես նա կատարել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 119-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով նախատեսված արարք (Անչափահասի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելը), որը նախատեսում է երեքից յոթ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում:
Ի դեպ, նկատենք՝ մի փոքր տարօրինակ է, որ «երեխասեր» կինը, ինչպես երեւում է տեսանյութում, այդքան երեխաների որոշել է տանել Բուսաբանական այգի՝ զբոսանքի:
