Համաշխարհային տնտեսության աճի տեմպերը մնում են զուսպ եւ չհավասարակշռված, որը ներկայացնում Է հիմնական բարդությունը, սեպտեմբերի 5-ին հայտարարել Է Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի (ԱՄՀ) կարգադրիչ-տնօրեն Քրիստին Լագարդը:
«Գլխավոր մարտահրավերը, որը ծառանում Է համաշխարհային տնեսության հանդեպ, այն Է, որ աճի տեմպերը մնում են զուսպ եւ չհավասարակշռված»,- ասված Է Անկարայում մեծ «քսանյակի» երկրների ֆինանսական գերատեսչությունների եւ Կենտրոնական բանկերի ղեկավարների հանդիպման արդյունքներին նվիրված՝ նրա հայտարարության մեջ:
Լագարդի խոսքով՝ «զարգացող տնտեսությունների համար 2015 թվականին հեռանկարներն անցյալ տարվա համեմատությամբ թուլացել են»: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ նշել Է նա, «դիրքերի որոշ վերականգնում Է կանխատեսվում հաջորդ տարի»: Ըստ որում, «ինչպես զարգացած, այնպես Էլ զարգացող երկրների համար արտադրողականության աճի ցուցանիշները մնում են ցածր մակարդակում»,- ասված Է հայտարարության մեջ, որը Վաշինգտոնում տարածել Է ԱՄՀ-ի մամուլի ծաառյությունը: ՝
Հիմնադրամի ղեկավարն արտահայտվել Է «համաձայնեցված քաղաքականության միջոցների» օգտին, «որը նպատակամղված լինի այդ մարտահրավերների վերացմանը»: Մասնավորապես, նրա կարծիքով՝ խոսքը վերաբեում Է «զարգացած երկրներում խթանող դրամական քաղաքականությանը, այն միջոցներին, որոնք նպատակամղված են բյուջեի ամրապնդմանը, կառուցվածքային բարենորոգումներին, որոնք նպաստում են ներուժի եւ արդյունավետության բարելավմանը»:
Բացի դրանից, Լագարդը ողջունել Է «քսանյակի» այն քայլերի նպատակամիտվածությունը», որոնք կնպաստեն զարգացող երկրներում անհրաժեշտ պայմանների ստեղծմանը: Նա կոչ Է արել «ակտիվորեն պաշտպանելու Ադիս Աբեբայի՝ ֆինանսավորմանը եւ զարգացմանը նվիրված խորհրդաժողովի դրական արդյունքները»:
Դրա հետ մեկտեղ, Լագարդը հայտարարել Է, որ «լիովին բաժանում Է ԱՄՀ-ի բաժնեմասերի համակարգի եւ կառավարման բարենորոգման հարցում շարունակվող ուշացումների առիթով «քսանյակի» խորին հիասթափությունը»: «Ես շարունակում եմ կոչ անել շուտափույթ վավերացնելու այդ բարենորոգումները»,- ընդգծել Է նա, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
