Ուրիխանյան «ֆորեվըր»

ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը շարունակում է մնալ իր ռեպերտուարի մեջ: Հիմա էլ պարզվում է՝ երիտասարդ խորհրդարանականը փոշմանել է և վայր չի դնում մանդատը: Անշուշտ, նման որոշման համար ոչ ոք չի կարող մեղադրել Ուրիխանյանին անսկզբունքայնության մեջ, քանի որ ԱԺ կանոնակարգով հստակ սահմանված է 15-օրյա ժամանակահատված, որի ընթացքում պատգամավորը կարող է փոխել իր որոշումը: Այստեղ, բնականաբար, ասելիք չկա:
Առավել հետաքրքիր էր Ուրիխանյանի տարածած հայտարարությունը՝ կապված իր մտադրությունը փոխելու հետ, որը հագեցած էր խորը գեղարվեստականությամբ: Հայտարարության մեջ պատգամավորը նշում է, թե հազարավոր քաղաքացիների բաց նամակների ու նաև Ազգային ժողովում տասնյակ գործընկերների հետ խորհրդակցելու արդյունքում է որոշել շարունակել իր խորհրդարանական, իրավապաշտպան ու օրենսդրական աշխատանքը: Ըստ էության, որոշումը պատգամավորի անձնական գործն է, մյուս կողմից՝ նրա ներկայությունը խորհրդարանում մի շարք մտավախություններ է առաջացնում:
Նախ՝ խիստ մտահոգիչ է Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի աշխատանքային գործունեությունը ԱԺ-ում, քանի որ ընդամենը օրեր առաջ Ուրիխանյանը խոստանում էր բառացի նրա կյանքը դժոխք դարձնել: Ոչ պակաս մտահոգիչ է նաև Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնի վարկանիշը, որը Ուրիխանյանն օգտագործում էր տղայական հարաբերություններ պարզելու և հայհոյանքների համար: Եթե հենց նման գործունեության համար են Ուրիխանյանի գործընկերները նրան խորհուրդ տվել շարունակել աշխատանքը ԱԺ-ում, ապա կասկածներ են առաջանում, որ Ազգային ժողովում Ուրիխանյանից բացի կան երեսփոխաններ, որոնք նույնպես ցանկանում են Շարմազանովի կյանքը դժոխք դարձնել և ԱԺ ամբիոնն օգտագործել հրապարակային հայհոյանքների համար:
Նման պայմաններում Էդուարդ Շարմազանովին մնում է հրապարակավ հայտարարել, որ իր հետ բան պատահելու միակ պատասխանատուն Ուրիխանյանն է:
Հ.Գ. 1. Ի դեպ, նշենք , որ Շարմազանովը հայտնի հայտարարության կապակցությամբ նշել էր, որ որևէ մեկն իր կյանքը չի կարող դժոխք դարձնել:

Գուցե անհրաժեշտություն կա Ուրիխանյանին հուշել, որ թերևս հազարավոր քաղաքացիների բաց նամակները գրել են իր մի քանի կողմնակիցների կողմից բացված սոցիալական ցանցերի ֆեյք օգտատերերը: Սա պետք է պարզել, քանի որ երիտասարդ խորհրդարանականի մոտ թյուր պատկերացում է ձևավորվում սեփական անձի կարևորության նկատմամբ։
