Փարիզում Քիմ Քարդաշյանի կողոպուտը շատ հարցերի տեղիք է տվել։ Սակայն այս պահին բոլոր տարօրինակ հարցերով զբաղվում է Ֆրանսիայի ոստիկանությունը։ Իսկ ահա մեդիադաշտը շտապել է իր վարկածներն առաջ քաշել։ Որոշ կայքեր անգամ հայուհուն անմիջականորեն մեղադրել են այն բանում, որ նա ինքն էկազմակերպել այդ կողոպուտը։

Քիմ Քարդաշյանը դատի է տվել MediaTakeOut.com կայքին, որը միանգամից 3 հոդված էր հրապարակել այն մասին, որ կողոպուտըՔիմի սցենարն է եղել, ով ուզում է ապահովագրական ընկերությունից գումար պոկել։ Կայքն արդարացիորեն նշում էր, որ այն մասին, որ Քիմը միայնակ է բնակարանում, գիտեին երեք հոգի՝ Քիմը, պարետը եւ հանցագործները։ Իսկ ահա հոդվածներից մեկում ասվում էր, որ Ֆրանսիայի ոստիկանությունը դիտարկում է նաեւ այն վարկածը, որ Քիմն ինքն է գողերին ներս թողել բնակարան։
Հայուհու փաստաբանները կայքին մեղադրել են ստի եւ ոչ կոմպետենտ լինելու մեջ։ Իրավաբանները պնդում են, որ կայքի վարկածը հիմնված չէ իրական փաստերի վրա։
Քիմի թիմը պահանջում է ներողություն խնդրել։ Կայքը երեկ հրապարակված հոդվածներից հեռացրել էր միայն այն տողերը, որոնցով Քիմին ուղղակիորեն մեղադրում էին կողոպուտը բեմադրելու մեջ։
