Վարչապետը տնտեսական զարգացման նախագիծ չունի, և նույնիսկ չի վերանայում իր նախորդի որոշումները

Դուք Կարեն Կարապետյանից, պետական մի քանի հաստիք կրճատելուց և գողությունների մասին ընդամենը անհասցե, վերացական հայտարարությունների անելուց զատ, այս ընթացքում որևէ այլ բան անելիս տեսա՞ք։ Մարդը, որն ուզում է իր անունը կապել երկրում դրական փոփոխությունների հետ առնվազն պետք է ա. վերնայեր նախորդ կառավարության որոշումները կամ տնտեսության այս կամ այն ոլորտին վերաբերող օրենսդրական նախագիծը, և բ. պետք է առաջարկեր սեփական տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը և պետք է հանրայնացներ այս նախագիծը, քանի որ պարտավոր է հանրությանն իրազեկել, թե ինչ է սպասվում իրեն։ Առանց այն էլ կործանվող տնտեսությամբ երկրում, վերջիվերջո մի փոքրիկ հույսը կամ դրական փոփոխությունը կարող է մի քանի ընտանիքի ստիպել հրաժարվել ճամպրուկները կապելուց և երկիրը լքելուց։
Այս երկուսից, պարզվում է և ոչ մեկը չի արվել։ Առաջին մասով, նոր կառավարության օրոք ընդունվեց աղմկալի և խնդրահարույց հարկային նոր օրենսգիրքը, որը օրակարգ էր բերվել նախորդ կառավարության կողմից։ Այս հարկային օրենսգիրքը ոչ այլ ինչ է քան մահապատժի դատավճիռ մեր երկրում միջին խավի և փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսի համար, կամ էլ հայրենական տնտեսության մահախոսական։ Երկրորդ՝ աճուրդի է հանվել պետական գույքը՝ հրապարակի մասնաշենքերի մեկը, որպեսզի պետական բյուջե լցվի։ Մի թե սա հեռատես մենեջերի որոշում է, բացի ան, որ հանրային սեփականությունը վաճառել է անօրինականություն է, այս մասնաշենքի վաճառքը չի ապահովելու պետական եկամուտների կայունություն։ Մի թե հեռատես և ազնիվ մենեջերը, ինչպես ինքն իրենց հռչակել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը, փոխանակ անբարեխիղճներին ստվերից դուրս բերելու և նրանցից գանձված հարկերով պետական բյուջեի եկամուտներն ապահեվելու, կշարունակի փոշիացնել և՛ պետական գույքը, և՛ այդ գույքից ստաված եկամուտները։
Մոսկվայից ժամանած մեր ընկերը ավելի շատ է ձև է առանց բովանդակության, իսկ նրա իբրև թե ինչ-որ բան անելու, կառավարությունում և լրատբական դաշտում արհսատական աժիոտաժներ ստեղծելը ավելի ամրացնում արտագաղթելու մտադրություն ունեցողների մեջ ժամ առաջ Հայաստանը լքելու անհրաժեշտությունը։
