Դալլաքյան Վիկտորի ֆենոմենը

Դալլաքյան Վիկտորի ֆենոմենն իրականում բոլորովին էլ հետաքրքիր ու նորահայտ չէ։ Նման գործիչներ իշխանությունը արտադրել է և շարունակելու է արտադրել։ Այստեղ խնդիրն այն է, թե ինչքանով վերջիններս կծառայեն իրենց նպատակին։ Իսկ իրենց մանիպուլյացիոն կամ հայաստանյան քաղաքական գործիչներից մեկի խոսքերով՝ քաղաքական դաշտը ապականելուն միտված գործունեությունը հաջողությամբ են պսակում հայաստանյան մեդիադաշտում գործող տասնյակ, հայտնի օղակներին սպասարկող չակերտավոր լրատվամիջոցները։
Եթե մենք հպանցիկ հայացք նետենք անցած օրվան, ապա կտեսնենք, որ լրահոսը և քարոզչությունը զարգանում են լիովին Դալլաքյանական տրամաբանության մեջ։
Այսինքն՝ սույն գործիչը օրեր առաջ սկսեց «թրոլինգ» անել սեփական մամլո ասուլիսը, ապա հենց այս նույն ասուլիսիում հանդես եկավ մի շարք դեմագոգիկ, պաթսա-ճոռոմաբանական հայտարարություններով՝ չխորշելով անգամ սեփական անձի անվտանգության մասին անհանգստություններով (տես Արթուր Բաղդասարյան, 2008 թվական)։
Սակայն այս բոլորն ըստ էության իրական գործընթացի միայն սերուցքն էր, քանի որ սույն ասուլիսից հետո վերևում նշված հայտնի օղակներին ծառայող «լրատվամիջոցները» սկսեցին կարծիք, իսկ ավելի շուտ «խոսք քաշել» առաջինը Էդմոն Մարուքյանից, որի մրցակիցն էր և որին պարտվեց Դալլաքյանը 2012 թվականին։
Ամենայն հավանականությամբ Մարուքյան-Դալլաքյան հեռակա բանավեճը դեռ կշարունակվի ու բնականաբար դուրս կլինի ցանկացած տիպի քաղաքական ասպեկտից, քանի որ սովորաբար Դալլաքյանի տիպի գործիչները հայտնվում են քաղաքական դաշտում քաղաքական ասպեկտները ոչնչացնելու համար։ Չի բացառվում նաև, որ այսօրինակ բանավեճերի մեջ կներքաշվեն նաև այլ ուժեր ու գործիչներ։
Արդյունքում կարող ենք ասել, որ ընդամենը մեկ ասուլիսով այս պահին դեռևս հայաստանյան լրահոսը զարգանում է հաճախորդ-իշխանություն տանդեմի տրամաբանության սահմաններում։
Նման իրավիճակում հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչպես խուսափել բազմիցս կրկնված այս սցենարներից։ Պատասխանն այստեղ մեր կարծիքով պարզունակ է և միանշանակ։ Ուղղակի պետք է մոռանալ նրանց և առաջին հերթին սա վերաբերում է մեդիա դաշտին, քանի որ կասկածելի ծագման գործիչների հիմնական գործառույթը մշտական ուշադրության կենտրոնում լինելն է՝ անկախ նրանից կգովաբանեն իրենց, թե կհայհոյեն։
