Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վերջին երկու ամիսներին Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցան ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ: Ժամանակին քաղաքական ուժերը այդքան էլ լուրջ չէին վերաբերվում համայնքային ընտրություններին: Վերջին ընտրությունները աննախադեպ էին կուսակցությունների միջև մրցակցության և տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների լուսաբանման ու քննարկումների տեսանկյունից:

«Զորահանդես պատերազմից առաջ»: Ահա այսպես կարելի է բնորոշել ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները: Հաջորդ տարվա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ սա շատ լավ հնարավորություն է պարզելու, թե քաղաքական ուժերը ռեսուրսների ինչ հարաբերակցությամբ են մտնելու 2017 թվական: Իհարկե դեռ ժամանակ կա և արձանագրված արդյունքները կարող են որոշ չափով տարբերվել 2017 թվականին ձևավորվող խորհրդարանի կուսակցական բաժանումից,սակայն խոսել էական և շրջադարձային փոփոխությունների մասին գոնե այս պահին տեղին չէ և ոչ էլ առկա են դրա նախադրյալները:

Գլոբալ առումով «հանուն իշխանության, բայց ոչ իշխանության դեմ» գաղափարներով շարժվող կուսակցություններն այդպես էլ չկարողացան կոնսոլիդացվել և միանալ ՀՀԿ-ի դեմ պայքարին, այնինչ խոշոր քաղաքներում արձանագրված արդյունքները տալիս էին այդ պայքարը հաջող ավարտին հասցնելու բոլոր նախադրյալները: Ոմանք փորձեցին շարժվել ինքնուրույն, իսկ որոշներն էլ վերջիվերջո դրժեցին իրենց կողմից տրված խոստումը, որը ամրագրվել էր համաձայնագրի տեսքով:

Իշխանափոխության մասին խոսակցությունները կշարունակվեն այնպես, ինչպես որ եղել են ՏԻՄ ընտրություններից առաջ: Համայնքներում և քաղաքներում տեղի ունեցած քվեարկությունը այդպես էլ չօգտագործվեց ընդդիմադիր ուժերի կողմից, որպես իշխանափոխության հասնելու հարթակ: Այլ կերպ ասած «մեկ քայլ առաջ» անելու փոխարեն ընդդիմությունը կրկին «դոփեց տեղում»:
