«Ապրիլյան» մեր բացողումները հաջորդ անգամ ճակատագրական կարող են լինել

Ալեն Ղևոնդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Որքան առավել շատ եմ շփվում ապրիլյան դեպքերի մասնակիցների ու թեմային առնչվող օբյեկտիվ ընկալում ունեցող մարդկանց հետ, այնքան առավել հաստատուն է դառնում այն կարծիքը, որ եթե 18-20 տարեկան զինվորները չլինեին, մենք այսօր շփման գծի՝ լիովին այլ՝ մեզ համար ոչ շահեկան ուրվագծում կունենայինք:
Սա, ի դեպ, լավ գիտեն նաև ադրբեջանցիները (ապրիլին իրենց ամենից մեծ բացթողումն էր): Այս համատեքստում Իլհամ Ալիևի վերջին հայտարությունը, կապված «փակ դռների հետևում Ղարաբաղի ճանաչման ճնշումների հետ», ցույց է տալիս, որ չստանալով ԼՂ հարցում իր համար ցանկալի լուծումներ՝ ավելին՝ ունենալով ոչ շահեկան վիճակ, այսօր, ավելի քան երբեք, Ադրբեջանը պետք է քայլ անի դեպի խնդրի ռազմական լուծում: Ու ադրբեջանցիները լավ հասկանում են նաև, որ իրենք շատ ժամանակ չունեն. մի կողմից՝ հաշվի առնելով գլոբալ լարվածության ներկա կոնտեքստը, մյուս կողմից՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունում նախաձեռնված փոփոխությունները, պարզ է դառնում, որ իրավիճակային այս պահը կարող է և նրանց համար վճռական է: Ուստի Ալիևի՝ նման բացահայտ կոչը նաև սեփական հասարակությանը առկա իրողություններին, հնարավոր ռազմական սրացումներիn պատրաստ/մասնակից լինելուն ուղղված «մեսիջ» էր:
Ալիևի նման ելույթը նաև մեզ համար է կարևոր «մեսիջ»: Եթե (շեշտում եմ՝ եթե) մենք այսօր ունենք մի վիճակ, որն ասենք կարող է շատ չտարբերվել նախաապրիլյան իրողություններից, ապա պետք է հասկանալ, որ «Իսկանդեր»-ները կամ «Տոչկա»-ները մեզ այս հարցում չեն օգնելու. այլ հակառակը՝ միգուցե և վնասեն՝ էսկալացնելով իրավիճակը: Այս զինատեսակներն իրենց առջև դրած խնդիրները կարող են մեծ հաջողությամբ լուծել, սակայն միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ իրողություն դառնա զանգվածային ու լայնածավալ պատերազմը, որը հնարավոր վատագույն սցենարն է երկու կողմերի համար էլ:
Մինչդեռ ռազմական սրացման դիրքային գործողությունների/մարտերի պարագայում առաջնային է հատկապես սպայի մասնագիտական հմտություններն ու զինվորի մարտունակության/գրագիտության մակարդակը: Եթե մենք դա այսօր կարողանանք ապահովել, ապա հնարավոր լայնածավալ հարձակման դեպքում ապրիլյան կորուստներից հավանաբար առնվազն 10 անգամ քիչ կորուստ կունենանք. ավելին՝ հակահարձակման դեպքում հավանաբար մի քանի անգամ ավել ձեռքբերումներով: Այսօր ո՛չ մենք ժամանակ ունենք, ո՛չ հակառակորդը, ուստի կարծում եմ պետք է հապաղել:

Իհարկե, սահմանային շփման գծում իրավիճակը մի շարք բաղադրիչների մասով առջընթաց գրանցել է: Մասնավորապես՝ տեխնիկական համալրվածության որոշ բաղադրիչներ, գիշերային դիտման սարքեր, դիրքային ծառայության ռեժիմների փոփոխություններ, ընդհանուր կարգապահության խստացում և այլն: Սակայն պետք է նաև հաշվի առնել, որ ինչպես ապրիլյան զինվորներից մեկն էր ասում. «...ադրբեջանցիք գիտեն մեր խոցելի բոլոր կողմերը ու օր-օրի սովորում են առավել լավ մարտ վարել...»
