Ռուսաստանն ու Թուրքիան «Թուրքական հոսք»-ի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել

 Ռուսաստանն ու Թուրքիան հոկտեմբերի 10-ին միջկառավարական համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել «Թուրքական հոսք» գազատարի շինարարության վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությունը:

Համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Թուրքիայի էներգետիկայի նախարարներ Ալեքսանդր Նովակը և Բերաթ Ալբայրաքը: Ստորագրման արարողությանը ներկա են եղել նաև երկու երկրի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ու Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը:

«Թուրքական հոսք» գազատարը բաղկացած է լինելու երկու խողովակաշարից` ընդհանուր 31.5 միլիարդ քառակուսի մետր ծավալով: Խողովակաշարերից մեկը ձգվելու է դեպի Թուրքիա և շահագործվելու է այդ երկրի կարիքների համար: Մյուս խողովակաշարով նախատեսվում է ռուսաստանյան գազը Թուրքիայի տարածքով տեղափոխել Եվրոպա:

Ռուսաստանյան «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ի տեղեկություններով` Պուտինը հանդիպման արդյունքների մասին խոսելիս հայտնել է, որ «Թուրքական հոսքի» և երկու կողմերի միջև համագործակցության շրջանակում պայմանավորվածության են եկել գազի գնի զեղչի վերաբերյալ:

Էրդողանն էլ գոհունակություն է հայտնել ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ընթացքից: Նա ընդգծել է, թե հավատացած է, որ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը կշարունակվի նոր թափով:

ՌԴ-ի եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ հարաբերությունները ճգնաժամ էին հայտնվել այն բանից հետո, երբ 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ին թուրքական F-16 կործանիչը Սիրիայում խոցել է ռուսաստանյան Սու-24 ռմբակոծիչը: ՌԴ նախագահ ՎլադիմիրՊուտինը դա անվանել էր ահաբեկիչների հանցակիցների կողմից «հարված թիկունքից»: Միջադեպից հետո ՌԴնախագահը հրամանագիր էր ստորագրել ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման գծով միջոցառումների եւ Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ հատուկ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների մասին: Ռուսաստանիղեկավարները հայտարարել էին, որ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները վերականգնելու մասին հնարավոր կլինի խոսել միայն այն բանից հետո, եթե Թուրքիայի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունըպաշտոնապես ներողություն խնդրի Մոսկվայից եւ փոխհատուցի խոցված ռուսաստանյան ինքնաթիռի եւ ուղղաթիռի անձնակազմերի ընտանիքներին:
