Քիչ էր մնացել, որ Վանաձորը դառնար այսպես ասած հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիր տուրիզմի կենտրոն: Բայց քիչ մնալը դեռևս հարցի լուծում չէ: Հենց այդ քիչ մնալն էր, որ խանգարեց այն իրողություն դառնալու: Նոր բողբոջ տվող ընդդիմադիր դաշինքը միանգամից վերացավ: Գյուղատնտեսները կասեին՝ ցրտահարվեց: Իրականում սա պատահականությո՞ւն էր, կուսակցական անհամերաշխությո՞ւն, ծախվածությո՞ւն, թե՞ պարզապես վրիպում: Հենց այս հարցերին էլ կանդրադառնանք:

Որպեսզի ընթերցողի մոտ թյուր կարծիք չստեղծվի առ այն, որ չարախնդում ենք ստեղծված իրավիճակի շուրջ, ապա միանգամից փաստենք, որ տողերիս հեղինակը երբեք չի հավատացել ՕԵԿ-ի կամ ԲՀԿ-ի ընդդիմադիր լինելուն, իսկ «Լուսավոր Հայաստանի» պարագայում առայժմ կլռենք՝ հաշվի առնելով քաղաքական քայլերի ու գործողությունների սակավությունը: Ո՞ւմ էր ձեռնտու այս շոուն կամ ՀՀԿ ցուցակի առաջատարի լեզվով ասած ̀՝ «կրկեսը»:

Թերևս ՀՀԿ-ական թեկնածուն իրավացի է, բայց միայն կրկեսի մասով: Այն առաջին հերթին ձեռնտու էր հենց իշխանությանը՝ ուղիղ եթեր, բուռն քննարկումներ և այլն: Ցանկացած նորմալ երկրում կամ կառույցի կողմից այս երևույթը կարող է դիտարկվել որպես դեմոկրատիայի եռման աստիճան, երբ անգամ մինչև վերջին պահը պարզ չէ՝ իշխանական թեկնածուն կհաղթի՞, թե՞ շռնդալից պարտություն կկրի: Ու այդ ամենը տեղի է ունենում բուռն բանավեճերի, հոխորտանքների ֆոնին: Հիրավի, քաղաքական նոր ու բարձր մշակույթի տեսլական: Բայց այդպիսի բաներ լինում են միայն ամերիկյան շոուներում: Իրականում, նվաստիս չի կարող խաբել ո՛չ տիկին Բիշարյանի սպառնալից ու հռետորական տոնը (դա ես լսել եմ 2008թ. փետրվարին Ազատության հրապարակի հարթակից, իսկ թե ինչ տեղի ունեցավ հետո ̀ շատ հուզիչ էր), ո՛չ էլ ԲՀԿ-ի ընդդիմադիր լինելու հավաստիացումները: Մյուս կողմից՝ անմեղության կանխավարկածը կասկածի տակ չդնելու համար փաստենք, որ միգուցե ՀՀԿ-ական թեկնածուի օգտին քվեարկողները հենց «Լուսավոր Հայաստանից» էին: Սակայն այս վերջինը ևս ապացուցման կարիք ունի: Ակնհայտ է մեկ հանգամանք ̀ ՀՀԿ-ն ու ՀՅԴ-ն քվեարկեցին այնպես, ինչպես խոստացել էին, իսկ ընդդիմադիր ճակատից 4 անձ չտեղավորվեց նույն գծի մեջ:

Տիկին Բիշարյանի՝ բարոյականության մասին վերբալ քննարկումների լավագույն պատասխանը կտա ժամանակը, սակայն քաղաքականության մեջ բարոյական կատեգորիաները չեն քննարկում:

Արձանագրված փաստն այն է, որ հռչակված ընդդիմությունը, ունենալով իր մանդատները, չկարողացավ պահպանել դրանք: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ այս երեք քաղաքական ուժերից առնվազն մեկը, իսկ մաթեմատիկական հաշվարկների պարզ տրամաբանությամբ՝ երեքն էլ, չկարողացան պահել վանաձորցուն տրված խոստումը: Եթե հաշվի առնենք իդեալական իրավիճակ, ապա վանաձորցին քվեարկել էր կուսակցության օգտին, ոչ թե ավագանու անդամի: Գոնե ընտրության տրամաբանությունն այդ էր հուշում:

Բայց սա Հայաստանն է: Ստեղծված իրավիճակը ևս մեկ անգամ եկավ փաստելու, որ հայաստանյան միջավայրում չկա կայացած կուսակցական համակարգ: Բոլոր խնդիրները և հավակնությունները պտտվում են անձերի շուրջ: Ցանկացած անհատ ցանկացած պահի իրեն կարող է վեր դնել կուսակցական որոշումներից: Եվ դա դրվագի համատեքստում շատ բնական է, քանի որ այս պրոցեսին մասնակցող կուսակցություններից գոնե երեքը նպաստել են Հայաստանում մարդ-կուսակցություն համակարգի, այլ ոչ թե գաղափարական եզրաբանության կայացմանը: Եթե մեկի դեպքում այն հաջող դրություն էր այս պահին և հաղթեց, ապա մյուս երկուսի դեպքում առնվազն դարձավ հիմք ̀ սեփական շարքերում անբարոյականներ որոնելու: Կգտնե՞ն: Թող գտնեն և խարազանեն: Չե՞ն գտնի: Ուրեմն կարիք ունեն խմբագրելու իրենց քաղաքական գիծը և հետադարձ հայացք նետելու պատմությանը:
