«ՀԺ». Կարեն Կարապետյանը մերժել է Սերժ Սարգսյանի առաջարկը

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ աշխատանքային օրվա ավարտին պաշտոնապես հրապարակվեցին Սերժ Սարգսյանի երկու հրամանագրեր:

Դրանցից մեկով զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից ազատվել է ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանը, իսկ մյուս հրամանագրով այդ պաշտոնին է նշանակվել Վարդան Հարությունյանը:

Այն, որ հենց Վարդան Հարությունյանն է նշանակվելու ՊԵԿ նախագահի պաշտոնում, համառ լուրերի տեսքով շրջանառվում էր դեռ շաբաթներ առաջ: Երեկ հրապարակված հրամանագիրը թվագրված է հոկտեմբերի 8-ով: Այլ կերպ ասած, Վարդան Հարությունյանի նշանակման հրամանագիրը ստորագրվել է դեռ անցած շաբաթ: Այլ պարագաներում նման մանրուքները, իհարկե, էական չէին դիտվի, բայց ոչ այս դեպքում:

Խնդիրն այն է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ձգտում էր իր պաշտոնում թողնել Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանին, բայց մյուս կողմից Կարեն Կարապետյանը վարչապետի պաշտոնը ստանձնելիս ստացել էր հավաստիացում, որ տնտեսական բլոկի նախարարներին ու բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին պետք է ընտրի ինքը: Իսկ ՊԵԿ նախագահի պաշտոնը թերեւս կարեւորագույնն է այդ իմաստով:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը, մեր ունեցած հավաստի տեղեկություններով, առաջարկել է Կարեն Կարապետյանին ՊԵԿ-ը կիսել երկու մասի` հարկային եւ մաքսային ծառայությունների եւ Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանին թողնել մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավար: Սակայն այս տարբերակը Կարեն Կարապետյանը համառորեն մերժել է եւ հասել իր նպատակին` ՊԵԿ-ը պահպանվել է որպես միասնական կառույց, եւ դրա ղեկավարը նշանակվել է իր ամենավստահելի համախոհներից մեկը` Վարդան Հարությունյանը:

Սակայն վարչապետի համար դա միակ խոչընդոտը չի եղել: Բավականին դժվար է եղել համոզել Վարդան Հարությունյանին՝ թողնել «Գազպրոմ-Արմենիա» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենի պաշտոնը եւ դառնալ ՊԵԿ նախագահ: Կարեն Կարապետյանից մեծ ջանքեր են պահանջվել նրանից համաձայնություն ստանալու համար»:
