Ադրբեջանը համատարած շարունակում է պետական օբյեկտների մասնավորեցումը

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը երկիրը խորը ճգնաժամից փրկելու հույսով համատարած կերպով երկրի պետական հաստատությունները մասնավորին վաճառելու գործընթաց է սկսել: Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական marja.az լրատվական կայքը:
Ադրբեջանի պետական գույքի կոմիտեի կողմից 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 8-ին կանցկացվի նոր աճուրդ, որի ժամանակ միանգամից մասնավորեցման կներկայացվի 77 պետական հաստատություն եւ օբյեկտ:
Կոմիտեի հաղորդման համաձայն` այս 77 պետական օբյեկտներից 26-ը, որոնց վերահսկիչ փաթեթի բաժնետոմսերի 30-40 տոկոսը կհանվի վաճառքի տրանսպորտային, շինարարական, արտադրական եւ այլ որոտներում գործող բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերություններ են:
Նոյեմբերի 8-ին կայանալիք աճուրդին, գործող ձեռնարկություններից բացի, վաճառքի կհանվեն նաեւ երկրի տարբեր հատվածներում գտնվող անշարժ գույքեր, որոնց արժեքները կտատանվեն 6500-ից մինչեւ 800 հազար մանաթի սահմաններում:
Աճուրդը տեղի է ունենալու բաց կարգով, այսինքն` կարող են մասնակցել անհատներ, տեղական եւ արտասահմանյան ընկերություններ, տեղական եւ արտասահմանյան ներդրողներ:
Նավթի եւ մանաթի էժանացման պատճառով խորը տնտեսական ճգնաժամում հայտնված Ադրբեջանը, որի թիվ մեկ խնդիրը «Շահդենիզ-2» գազային հանքահորից գազը Թուրքիայի վրայով Եվրոպա արտահանելու «Հարավային միջանցք» գազային նախագծի իրականացումն է, պետք է մոտ 8 մլրդ դոլարի ներդրում կատարի նախագծում, սակայն չի կարողանում վարկեր ստանալ միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպություններից:
Ադրբեջանում օգոստոս և սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին արդեն իրականացվել է այսպիսի 2 աճուրդ, որոնց ժամանակ համապատասխանաբար վաճառքի են հանվել 50 եւ 84 պետական օբյեկտներ:
