Առաջին անգամ «ռեժիմը խուճապի մեջ է» հայտնի արտահայտությունը համապատասխանում է առկա իրավիճակին, ՀՀԿ-ի Վանաձորի թեքնածուն ոչ մի կերպ չի համակերպվում եղելության հետ և տղամարդկություն չունի իր պարտությունը ընդունելու համար։ 
Այս պահին Վանաձորում թեժ է, քաղաքապետի պաշտոնի համար պայքարող ՀՀԿ-ի թեկնածուն ընտրությունների արդյուքնում ունի 13 մանդատ՝ գումարած ՀՅԴ-ի երկու մանտադը՝ միասին 15, իսկ Լուսավոր Հայաստանն ունի 10՝ գումարած ՕԵԿ-ի 5 և ԲՀԿ-ի 2 մանդատ միասին 18, քանի որ նախօրեին այս ուժերի միջև համագործակցության և ԼՀ-ի թեկնածուի աջակցելու հուշագիր է ստորագրվել։

Սա մեծ խուճապի մեջ է գցել ՀՀԿ-ին, որի միակ հույսը ինչպես միշտ խարդախությունն է։ Իհարկե հաշվի առնելով այս պահին ներկա լարված մթնոլորտը Վանաձորի քաղաքակապետարանում դժվար էե ընդունվի ԼՀ-ի, ՕԵԿ-ի, և ԲՀԿ-ի բաց քվեարկություն անցկացնելու առաջարկը, քանի որ դա վերջնականապես կամրագրի ՀՀԿ-ական թեկնածուի պարտությունը։ Փակ քվեարկության պարագայում շատ հնարավոր է, ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից ՕԵԿ-ի կամ ԲՀԿ-ի այս կամ այն ներկայացուցչի վրա ճնշումների կամ կուլիսներում նրանց հետ նախօրեին ձեքռ բերված համաձայնությունների և ու մութ գործարքների արդյունքում, որոնց մասին ի դեպ մամուլում տասնյակ լուրեր շրջանառավեցին, ՀՀԿ-ն կարողանա կորզել իրեն ահրաժեշտ ձայները։ Իսկ բաց քվեարկության պարագայում ՕԵԿ-իցվ կամ ԲՀԿ-ից նրանք , ովքեր նույնիսկ նման պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերել ՀՀԿ-ականների հետ «երես չեն ունենա» նման բան անելու և կբացահայտվեն իրեցն ողջ քաղաքական անբարոյականությամբ։
