Ռուսաստանաբնակ հայ գործարար, բարերար Լևոն Հայրապետյանին տեղափոխել են Մորդովիայի Ինքնավար Հանրապետությունում գտնվող մի բանտ, որը համարվում է Ռուսաստանի ամենասարսափելի բանտերից մեկը: Նրա առողջական վիճակն այս պահին որոշակիորեն լավ է, սակայն նման բանտային պայմանները հակացուցված են նրան: Սեպտեմբերի 10-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասացիրավաբան Հայկազ Մակարյանը:

«Պարոն Հայրապետյանը դեռևս չի հասկանում, թե ում պատվերով են իր հետ նման կերպ վարվում: Փաստաբանները նրա կնոջը որոշակի հույսեր են ներշնչել, որ նա կարող է մինչև տարվա վերջ ազատ արձակվել: Վերջերս էլ մի խումբ հայտնի փաստաբաններ հայտարարել են, որ անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպես են առանց հանցակազմի բացակայության, լուրջ փաստերի Լևոն Հայրապետյանին բանտում պահում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Մակարյանը՝ հայտնելով, որ ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի օրերին Լևոն Հայրապետյանը մի քանի միլիոն դոլար է փոանցել արցախյան ֆոնդին:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չպետք է անգործություն դրսևորեն, այլ քայլեր պետք է ձեռնարկեն իրավիճակը շտկելու ուղղությամբ: Նա կոչով դիմեց ՀՀ իշխանություններին, որպեսզի քննարկման առարկա դարձնեն Լևոն Հայրապետյանի արտահանձնման հարցը: «Լևոն Հայրապետյանը երկքաղաքացիություն ունի, իսկ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև միջպետական մի քանի պայմանագրերում կան կետեր, որ նման դեպքերում արտահանձնումը հնարավոր է, հատկապես մի մարդու դեպքում, ով անգամ Պետական դումայի կողմից մեդալ է ստացել: Մեր իշխանությունները պետք է բաց կոչով դիմեն Պետ դումային, որպեսզի անհապաղ արտահանձնում լինի կամ գոնե  տնային կալանք կիրառվի Լևոն Հայրապետյանի նկատմամբ»,- հավելեց Մակարյանը:
