«Վանաձոր» ՔԿՀ պետի գույքը պայթյունի եղանակով ոչնչացնելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրգործ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` պայթյունի եղանակով «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետ Գ.Մկրտչյանի գույքը դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացնելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 09-ին «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետ Գևորգ Մկրտչյանից ահազանգել է ստացվել, որ իր առանձնատան առաջին հարկում պայթյունի ձայն է լսել:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը և ձեռնարկել անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ միջոցառումներ` դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Նախնական տվյալներով` առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 09-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, նռնակի պայթուցիչի օղը քաշել և այն նետել է Գ.Մկրտչյանի` Վանաձոր քաղաքում գտնվող առանձնատան առաջին հարկում կայանված՝ վերջինիս ծառայողական «ՎԱԶ| 2121» մակնիշի 096 ՏՏ 032 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ: Պայթյունից վնասվել է տան առաջին հարկի բետնե հատակի անկյունային հատվածը, ինչպես նաև նշված ավտոմեքենան:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են նռնակի պայթուցիչի բեկորներ, զսպանակ, գործարկիչի մետաղյա դետալ և օղ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Գ.Մկրտչյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել: Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել է դատապայթունատեխնիկական, հետքաբանա կան, շինարարական և ապրանքագիտական համալիր փորձաքննություններ, մշակվել է քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների պլան, առաջ քաշվել աշխատանքային վարկածներ, որոնք ստուգելու ուղղությամբ կատարվում է քննություն:
Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին` իրականացնել անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողություններ` առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
