Բաքվում ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի փակումը դժգոհություն է առացրել ԱՄՆ-ում

Միացյալ Նահանգները բացասական է ընդունել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Բաքվում ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակը փակելու մասին որոշումը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է ադրբեջանական Contact.az-ը, Վիեննայում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Դանիել Բաերն այս մասին իր դժգոհությունն է հայտնել ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ:
«Կառավարությունները պետք է հասկանան, որ հասարականան կազմակերպությունների կամ միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից կառուցողական քննադատությունը պետք է ընկալեն որպես ոչ թե սպառնալիք, այլ որպես խնդրի քաղաքական լուծման և իրավիճակի բարելավման հնարավորություն»,- նշել է Բաերը: Նա ընդգծել է Բաքվում ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի աշխատանքի շարունակման անհրաժեշտությունը և հորդորել է Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին վերանայել կայացրած որոշումը:
Բաերի համոզմամբ` գրասենյակի փակումը բացասաբար կազդի Բաքվի կողմից ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորություններն ի կատար ածելու գործի, մասնավորապես մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազզատությունների ապահովման վրա:
Արդբեջանը որոշել է փակել Բաքվում տաղակայաված՝ Եվրոպայի անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպությանհամակարգող գրասենյակը: Որոշումը Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հունիսի 3-ին ներկայացրել էր ԵԱՀԿ տեղիգրասենյակին: «Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը փաստում է, որ այլևս նպատակարարմար չի համարում ԵԱՀԿ ծրագրերըհամակարգող գրասենյակի գործունեությունը Բաքվում: Այդ նպատակով` Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը 2015 հունիսի 4-ից ուժըկորցրած է համարում 2014 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 24-ին Ադրբեջանի և ԵԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչների միջև կնքվածՓոխհամաձայնության հուշագիրը»,- ասվում է արտգործնախարար ության ուղերձում: Ադրբեջանը մեկ ամիս ժամանակ է տվելԵԱՀԿ-ին՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակում տեխնիկական հարցերը կարգավորելու համար: Հունիսի 5-ին ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարԼամբերտո Զանիերը տեղեկացրել է ԵԱՀԿ անդամ պետություններին Բաքվի որոշման մասին:
