Չինացի պաշտոնյան մահապատժի է դատապարտվել կաշառքի մեղադրանքով

Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական ներկայացուցիչների համաչինական ժողովի Էկոլոգիայի եւ բնական պաշարների հանձնաժողովի նախկին փոխնախագահ Բայ Էնպեյը կաշառք վերցնելու եւ անհայտ ծագմամբ խոշոր ունեցվածք տնօրինելու մեղադրանքով դատապարտվել է մահապատժի՝ պատժի իրագործման երկու տարով հետաձգմամբ, նա ցմահ զրկվել է քաղաքական բոլոր իրավունքներից, նրա անձնական ամբողջ ունեցվածքը բռնագրավվել է: Այս մասի հայտնում է «Սինհուա»-ն:
Դատաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ 2000-ից 2013 թվականների ընթացքում, երբ Բայ Էնպեյը Չինաստանի Կոմունիստական կուսակցության Ցինհայի ու Յունյանի նահանգային կոմիտեների քարտուղարն էր եւ Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական ներկայացուցիչների համաչինական ժողովի Էկոլոգիայի եւ բնական պաշարների հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահը, ծառայողական դիրքն օգտագործել է այլ անձանց շահերի համար եւ անձամբ կամ կնոջ միջոցով կաշառք է վերցրել՝ մոտ 37 մլն դոլարի դրամական միջոցներ եւ նյութական արժեքներ: Բացի այդ, նրա ընտանիքի ունեցվածքը եւ ծախսերն ակնհայտորեն գերազանցել են օրինական եկամուտները, ըստ որում՝ նա չի կարողացել բացատրել դրանց ծագումը:
