Վրաստանի խորհրդարան կարող են անցնել 3 կուսակցություններ

Վրաստանի խորհրդարանը կարող է կազմված լինել երեք կուսակցությունների՝  իշխող «Վրացական երազանքի», նախկին նախագահ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիի ընդդիմադիր «Միացյալ ազգային շարժման» և «Հայրենասերների ալյանս» կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչներից։ Այս մասին վկայում են Վրաստանի ԿԸՀ կայքում ընտրատեղամասերի 82,55 %-ի հաշվարկով ներկայացված տվյալները։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է  «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն։

« «Վրացական երազանքը» հավաքել է 49.26% (713 հազար 296 ձայն), «Միացյալ ազգային շարժումը»՝ 26.46% (713 հազար 296 ձայն), իսկ «Հայրենասերների ալյանս»-ը՝ 5% (713 հազար 296 ձայն) քվեներ։ Մյուս կուսակցությունները 5 տոկոսանոց արգելքը չեն հաղթահարում»,- հայտնում է ԿԸՀ-ն։  

«Վրացական երազանքը» կողմ է Ռուսաստանի հետ  հարաբերությունների բարելավմանը, «Միացյալ ազգային շարժումը» իր նախընտրական ծրագրում ՌԴ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների հարցը չի բարձրացրել, «Հայրենասերների ալյանս»-ն առաջարկում է ստեղծել Ռուսստանի հետ բանակցությունների նոր, ավելի ինտենսիվ ձևաչափ, որը նոր մակարդակի կբարձրացնի երկու երկրների հարաբերությունները։

Վրաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն անցկացվել են խառն ընտրական համակարգով՝ 77 պատգամավորի ընտրել են համամասնական կարգով՝ ըստ կուսակցությունների ցուցակների, 73-ին՝ ըստ միամանդատ ընտրատարածքների՝ մեծամասնական ընտրակարգով։  «Համամասնական» տեղերին հավակնում էին 19 կուսակցություններ և 6 դաշինքներ։ Նրանց անհրաժեշտ էր հավաքել ընտրողների առնվազն 5%-ի ձայները, մեծամասնական թեկնածուներին՝ 50%+1 ձայներ։

Սպասվում է, որ մի շար մեծամասնական ընտրատարածքներում, որտեղ որևէ թեկնածու անհրաժեշտ քվե չի ապահովել, կանցկացվի քվեարկության երկրորդ փուլ։
