Ուկրաինան կոչ է արել ՄԱԿ-ին ապահովել Դոնբասի տարածքում պայթյունավտանգ սարքավորումների չեզոքացման գործընթացի պատշաճ կատարումը:
Խնդիրն արծարծվել է հոկտեմբերի 7-ին կայացած ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեայի` զինաթափման և միջազգային անվտանգության հարցերի շուրջ ընդհանուր բանավեճի ժամանակ, գրում է Українські Новини գործակալությունը:
Ուկրաինայի պատվիրակության ելույթում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է, որ Ռուսաստանի կողմից զինված ագրեսիայի և Ուկրաինայի Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի շրջաններում գործող զինված անօրինական խմբավորումների հարձակվողական գործողությունների արդյունքում, Ուկրաինան ներկա շրջանում ստիպված է բախվել պատերազմից մնացած պայթյունավտանգ սարքերի խնդրին, որոնց հետևանքով տուժում է շրջանների խաղաղ բնակչությունը, այդ թվում և երեխաներ:
«Այդ ներքին պայթուցիկները, ինչպես նաև հակահրետանային ականները տեղադրվում են անօրինական խմբավորումերի կողմից` բնակելի թաղամասերում, ինչպես նաև բնակելի տարածքների միջև ընկած ճանապարհներին: Իրականում, դրանք ավելի շատ վնաս տալիս են խաղաղ բնակչությանը, քան զինծառայողներին», - ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
Ուկրաինան կարծում է, որ միջազգային հանրության համար կենսական նշանակություն ունի Դոնբասի տարածքում պայթյունավտանգ սարքավորումների չեզոքացման գործընթացի պատշաճ կատարումը:
