1.Էմպատիայի մարզում

Էմպատիան աշխարհը մեկ ուրիշի աչքերով ընկալելու, ուրիշի մտքերով, զգացմունքներով ու ապրումներով հետաքրքրվելու ունակությունն է։ Էմպատիան մեկ ուրիշին ճանաչելու, նրան կարեկցելու ու նրա մասին հոգ տանելու ցանկությունն է։ Դա մեծ փոփոխություն է այսպես կոչված «հակակախումային» խնդիրներով մարդու համար, որը ամենայն հավանականությամբ սովորել է մարդկանց մասին տեղեկություններ հավաքել միայն որպեսզի բավարարի դատելու, վերահսկելու, գերիշխելու ու պաշտպանվելու իր սեփական պահանջը։ Մինչեւ էմպատիայի հմտություններ զարգացնելը հակակախումային խնդիրներով մարդը պետք է հասկանա, թե ինչու մինչեւ հիմա չէր յուրացրել այդ հմտությունը։ Գուցե կյանքի որոշակի հանգամանքներում նա մեծացել է այնպիսի ընտանիքում, որտեղ դժվար եւ վտանգավոր էր էմպատիկ՝ կարեկից լինելը։ Էմպատիա սովորելիս նախեւառաջ պետք է հրաժարվել ուրիշներին վերահսկելու, գերիշխելու ու նաեւ ինքնազոհաբերության ներքին պահանջներից։

2 ․ Սահմանների վերանայում

Սահմանները կարեւոր դեր են կատարում հակակախումային խնդիրներով մարդկանց փոխվելու հարցում։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ մանկության տարիներին նրանց ֆիզիկական, մտավոր, զգացմունքային ու հոգեւոր ինքնությունը բռնության է ենթարկվել, ինչը ստիպել է, որ նրանք պաշտպանական պատեր կառուցեն իրենց շուրջ։

Հակակախումային խնդիրներով մարդկանց գլխավոր խնդիրը հենց սահմանների ու պատերի չափազանց մեծ քանակությունն է։ Այն ընտանիքում, որտեղ նրանք մեծացել են նրանց սահմաններ էին պետք՝ պաշտպանոթյուն ու անվտանգություն ապահովելու համար։ Դրա համար էլ նրանք սովորել են ասես չլսել ու չնկատել այն, ինչ ուրիշներն ասում են։ Նաեւ նրանք սիրում են վերահսկել իրավիճակը՝ ուրիշներին էլ խորհուրդներ տալով, թե ինչ պետք է նրանք զգան կամ չզգան։

3․ Պրոյեկցիաների վերականգնման ունակությունը

Պրոյեկցիաներ ստեղծվում են, երբ մարդիկ ուրիշների մեջ նկատում են բացասական գծեր, բայց իրենց սեփական բացասական գծերը չեն խոստովանում։ Չնայած կա տեսակետ, որ պրոյեկտվում են ոչ միայն բացասական այլ առհասարակ բոլոր գծերը՝ այդ թվում դրական։ Իսկ հակակախումային խնդիրներով մարդկանց համար պրոյեկտումը շատ լուրջ խնդիր է, քանի որ նրանք բոլորովին չեն գիտակցում իրենց թերությունները, ընդ որում մյուսներին այդ նույն թերությունների համար կարող են խստորեն դատապարտել։

4․ Ծնողական սխալները շտկելու հմտություններ

Կայուն ու գիտակից հարաբերություններում մարդիկ կարողանում են պայմանավորվել, թե ինչպես օգնեն միմյանց բավարարել մեկը մյուսի պահանջները ու ստեղծել անհրաժեշտ հիմք մտերմության զարգացման համար։ Նման խորը մակարդակի վրա գտնվող փոխգործակցությունը, երբ մարդիկ պատմում են իրենց հին վերքերի, սպիների, բռնությունների մասին, որոնց ենթարկվել են ընտանիքում, ստեղծում է նույնքան մտերիմ կապ, որքան սեքսը։

5․ Կոնֆլիկտները կարգավորելու հմտությունները

Մտերիմ հարաբերություններում մարդկանց անհրաժեշտ են պահանջների, ցանկությունների, արժեքների ու համոզմունքների կոնֆլիկտները կարգավորելու հմտություններ։ Որոշ կոնֆլիկտներ, որոնք դիպչում են հին վերքերին, կարող են կրկնվել ու դժվար բուժելի լինել։ Կարեւոր է,որ զուգընկերները յուրացնեն կոնֆլիկտների լուծման հմտությունները։
