«Վերջին երեք գիշերը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում իրավիճակը սրվել է։ Երկու օր առաջ քաղաքագետ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ուշադրություն հրավիրեց, թե ադրբեջանական բանակը ակտիվության նշաններ Է սկսել ցույց տալ, ինչը պարզ էր դարձել ԼՂՀ ՊԲ-ի հոկտեմբերի 4-5-ի հաղորդագրությունից։ Ինչպես քաղաքագետն Էր արձանագրել, հաղորդագրությունից երևում Էր, որ նախորդ շաբաթների համեմատ շփման գծում կրակահերթերի թիվն աճել Է։ Բացի այդ նշվել Էր, որ «հակառակորդի նախահարձակ ակտիվությունը ճնշելու համար ՊԲ առաջապահ զորամասերը դիմել են պատասխան գործողությունների»։ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ-ն, ինչպես հայտնի Է, միայն հատուկ դեպքերում Է պատասխան գործողությունների դիմում։ Պարզվեց՝ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի ահազանգը տեղին Էր։ Հաջորդ երկու գիշերները նույնպես Ադրբեջանը ինտենսիվորեն խախտեց հրադադարի ռեժիմը՝ օգտագործելով խոշոր տրամաչափի գնդացիրներ, ավտոմատ նռնականետ, հեռահար դիպուկահար հրացան։ Երեկ արդեն ԼՂՀ ՊԲ-ն հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ հաղորդագրություն տարածեց. «Դատելով ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում վերջին շրջանում տեղ գտնող զարգացումներից, տպավորություն Է ստեղծվում, որ հակառակորդն ընտրել Է առաջնագծում իրավիճակն աստիճանաբար ել նպատակային սրելու մարտավարություն»։

Հայտնի դարձավ նաև, որ այս գիշեր առաջնագծում զինվոր Է վիրավորվել։ Քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո, բնականաբար, հասարակությունը շատ զգայուն Է առաջնագծից ստացվող տեղեկատվության նկատմամբ Է» իրավիճակի ցանկացած լարում վերլուծվում Է նոր լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման տեսանկյունից։ Կարծիքներ են հնչում, որ ադրբեջանցիների այս ակտիվու՛թյունը կապված Է այնտեղ անցկացված սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի հետ, որի արդյունքով Ալիևների ընտանիքն այլևս դարերով կարող Է իշխել Ադրբեջանում։ Ըստ այդմ, հնարավոր Է սահմանին լարվածություն Է հրահրվում ադրբեջանցի ժողովրդին այս տխուր ապագայից շեղելու նպատակով և առհասարակ ներքին դժգոհությունները զսպելու համար։ Փորձագիտական մեկ այլ տեսակետի համաձայն, առաջնագծում իրադրության լարումը կարող Է կապ ունենալ սառեցված բանակցային գործընթացի հետ։ Այսինքն, Ադրբեջանը պրովոկացիա է անում, որպեսզի բանակցային գործընթացը վերսկսվի։ Մեկ այլ տեսակետի համաձայն, Ալիևը, չնայած ապրիլյան պատերազմի իր համար տխուր արդյունքներին, չի հրաժարվում ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությանը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու մտադրությունից, և այս օրերի ու հետագա բռնկումները պետք Է այս համատեքստում դիտարկել։

Հնարավոր է, խուճապի կարիք առհասարակ չկա, և առաջնագծում իրավիճակի սրումը այս պահին գոնե ոչ մի առնչության չունի գլոբալ ճգնաժամերի հետ։–Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ԱՄՆ-ի Դենվեր քաղաքը ճանաչել է Արցախի անկախությունը։ Բնականաբար, այս լուրը դիվանագիտական խողովակներով մի քանի օր շուտ Է հասել Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությանը, ու շատ հավանական Է, որ նախորդ օրերի ռազմական ակտիվությունը ընդամենը դրա պատասխանն Է»,–գրում է թերթը։
