ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը Հալեպի հարցով արտահերթ նիստ կգումարի

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախաձեռնությամբ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդն արտակարգ նիստ է գումարել` քննարկելու է համար Հալեպում ստեղծված իրավիճակը: Վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, ԱԽ քննարկման առարկան Սիրիայի հարցով ՄԱԿ-ի հատուկ բանագնաց Ստեֆան դե Միստուրայի առաջարկն է Հալեպի արևելյան հատվածից «Ջեբհաթ ան-Նուսրա» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման զինյալներին դուրս բերելու մասին:
ՄԱԿ-ում Ֆրանսիայի ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Ֆրանսուա Դելատրը նիստից առաջ նշել է, որ դե Միստուրայի առաջարկը հնարավոր կլինի կյանքի կոչել, եթե Հալեպում դադարեցվեն հրթիռակոծումները և գոնե ժամանակավորապես հրադադար հաստատվի: Հալեպում տիրող իրավիճակը նա համեմատել է 1936-1939 թվականներին Իսպանիայում քաղաքացիական պատերազմի տարիներին Գերնիկայի հրթիռակոծումների, 1994թ-ի Ռուանդայի և 1995թ-ի Սրեբրենիցայի ցեղասպանությունների հետ:
ՄԱԿ-ում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Մեթյու Ռայքրոֆտն էլ հույս է հայտնել, որ խնդրի առնչությամբ առաջիկայում կընդունվի ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձև: Նրա խոսքով` փաստաթղթի նախնական տարբերակում կոչ է արվում անմիջապես դադարեցնել Հալեպի արևելյան հատվածի օդային հրթիռակոծությունները: «Հուսով եմ, որ բոլորը կստորագրեն դրա տակ` հաշվի առնելով, որ դա մեր հիմնարար պարտավորությունն է` ըստ միջազգային իրավունքի»,- նշել է դեսպան Ռայքրոֆթը:
Սիրիայի հարցով ՄԱԿ-ի հատուկ բանագնաց Ստեփան դե Միստուրան հոկտեմբերի 6-ին առաջարկել էր Հալեպի արևելյան հատվածից «Ջաբհաթ ան-Նուսրայի» զինյալներին տեղափոխել Իդլիբ` այսպիսով հնարավորություն ստեղծելով, որ քաղաքի այդ հատվածի բնակիչները կարողանան հումանիտար օգնություն ստանալ: Նրա տվյալներով` Հալեպի արևելյան հատվածում այժմ գտնվում են 275 հազար խաղաղ բնակիչներ և շուրջ 900 զինյալներ: ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն այս առնչությամբ նշել էր, որ դե Միստուրայի առաջարկն «արժանի է ամենայն մանրամասնությամբ ուսումնասիրության»:
