 Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հոկտեմբերի 7-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին՝ ծննդյան օրվա առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ընդունեք սրտանց շնորհավորանքներ ծննդյան օրվա առթիվ:

Անկեղծորեն մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն և նորանոր հաջողություններ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների բարօրության հետագա բարձրացմանը, երկրի բարգավաճմանը և միջազգային ասպարեզում նրա դերի ամրապնդմանն ուղղված՝ Ձեր կողմից իրականացվող քաղաքականության գործում:

Անկասկած, եղբայրական և բարեկամական բազմադարյա հարաբերությունների վրա հիմնված մեր պետությունների դաշնակցային փոխգործակցության ներուժի համատեղ հետևողական խորացումը և հարստացումը թույլ է տալիս նշանակալի արդյունքների հասնել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև համագործակցության բոլոր ուղղություններով: Ձեր անձնական ներդրման շնորհիվ կյանքի են կոչվում կարևոր միջպետական պայմանավորվածություններ ռազմավարական ծրագրերի գծով, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսական, ռազմատեխնիկական, ներդրումային, հումանիտար և այլ ոլորտներում:

Վստահ եմ, որ ակտիվ, արդյունավետ քաղաքական երկխոսությունը և մեր պարբերական հանդիպումներն այսուհետ ևս կարևոր դեր կխաղան հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության ամբողջ համալիրի դինամիկ զարգացման գործում ինչպես երկկողմ մակարդակում, այնպես էլ միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային միավորումների շրջանակներում:

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության արդյունավետ գործունեությունը, Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության ադապտացիան, Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության համակարգի զարգացման ուղղությամբ համատեղ քայլերը որակապես նոր պայմանն եր են ստեղծում դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման համար՝ ի շահ մեր երկրների ժողովուրդների, տարածաշրջանային կայունության և անվտանգության:

Ուրախ եմ ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանի ընթացքում Ձեզ Հայաստանում ողջունելու առաջիկա հնարավորության համար:
