Ֆրանսիայում ծրագրում են նոր բանտեր կառուցել

Ֆրանսիայի վարչապետ Մանուել Վալսը հայտնել է, որ կառավարությունը ծրագրում է երկրում 33 նոր բանտ կառուցել։ RFI-ն վկայակոչելով AFP–ը հայտնում է, որ 16 հազար լրացուցիչ բանտախուց կստեղծվի, որոնք անհրաժեշ են բանտերի գերծանրաբեռնվածության խնդիրը լուծելու համար։
33 բանտերից բացի կառավարությունը մտադիր է նաեւ «ազատություն դուրս գալուն նախապատրաստող» 28 կենտրոն կառուցել։
Հուլիսին հայտնի է դարձել, որ Ֆրանսիան նոր ռեկորդ է սահմանել բանտարկյալների թվով՝ 69 375 բանտարկյալ, մինչդեռ բանտերը ընդամենը 58 311 բանտարկյալների համար են նախատեսված։ Ընդ որում դեռ 1875 թ․ օրենքով երկրում գործում է՝ յուրաքանչյուր բանտարկյալին առանձին բանտախուց սկզբունքը։ Չնայած իրականում այդ օրենքը երբեք չի պահպանվել։ Խորհրդարանը պարբերաբար երկարաձգում է այդ նորմայի կատարման մորատորիումը։ Վերջին անգամ այն երկարաձգվել է մինչեւ 2019 թ։ Բանտերի գերծանրաբեռնվածության ցուցանիշով Ֆրանսիան համարվում է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի ամենախնդրահարույց տասը երկրներից մեկը։
