ՌԴ Պաշտպանության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ Իգոր Կոնաշենկովը հայտարարել է,որ ցանկացած հրթիռային կամ ավիա հարված,որը վերահսկվում է սիրիական կառավարական բանակի կողմից մեծ վտանգ է ներկայացնում ռուսաստանցի զինծառայողների համար..."Սեպտեմբերի 17-ին Դեյր-էլ-Զորում տեղի ունեցածից հետո,երբ սխալմամբ ռմբակոծվել էին սիրիական կառավարական բանակի դիրքերը Ռուսաստանը ձեռնարկել է բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները,խուսափելու համար այնպիսի սխալ հարձակումներից իր զինվորականների նկատմամբ...С-400 և С-300 համակարգերի ծածկույթը,որոնք ապահովում են Տարտուսում և Խմեյմիմում (Լաթաքիա) գտնվող բազաները կարող են մեծ անակնկալ լինել ցանկացած անհայտ թռչող օբյեկտների համար...",-մեջբերում է Կոնաշենկովին РИА Новости-ն...Կոնաշենկովը նաև նախազգուշացրել է,որ իրենց հակաօդային պաշտպանական համակարգը չի ունենա ժամանակ,որ պարզի,թե ով է հրթիռակոծողը...Սա Պուտինի պատասխանն էր Օբամային,որը երեկ միակողմանի դուրս եկավ "Քերի-Լավրով" համատեղ մշակված սիրիական ծրագրից...
Այս հայտարարությամբ ՌԴ-ն նախազգուշացրեց Վաշինգտոնին և նրա գործընկերներին,որ հեռու մնան Սիրիայից...Այսպիսով,Սիրիայի օդային տարածքը բացի սիրիական կառավարական բանակի և ՌԴ-ի համար փակ է...Այս հայտարարությունից հետո նաև վերջ կդրվի ԱՄՆ-ի դաշնակից Իսրայելի օդային հարվածներին Սիրիայի տարածքին,որոնք մեծ վնաս էին հասցնում Ասադի բանակին...Շատ դեպքերում,հենց այդ հավածներից հետո էին հարձակումներ ձեռնարկում Սիրիայի տարածքում պատսպարված բազմաթիվ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունները...
Մոսկվայի և Վաշինգտոնի "սիրիական" առճակատումը կաող է դուրս գալ Սիրիայի տարածքից և իր մեջ ներառնել Մեծ Մերձավոր Արևելքի ավելի մեծ տարածքներ կամ ԱՄՆ-ն ՌԴ-ին սիրիական ռազմական "թատերաբեմից" շեղելու համար կարող է "տաքացնել" Ռուսաստանի սահմանակից երկրներում գոյություն ունեցող "սառեցված" հակամարտությունները...
