Ադրբեջանի ակտիվությունը պայմանավորված է դժգոհ հասարակության ուշադրությունը շեղելով. Դավիթ Բաբայան

Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում Ադրբեջանն, ակտիվություն ցուցաբերելով, փորձում է շեղել դժգոհ հասարակության ուշադրությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
«Ադրբեջանի էությունն այնպիսին է, որ լինելով ահաբեկչական պետություն, միշտ էլ ձգտելու է նման քաղաքականություն իրականացնել: Այլ բան է, որ այդ պետությունը կարող է այս կամ այն առիթն օգտագործել այդ քաղաքականությունն առաջ տանելու համար: Կան մի շարք զարգացումեր, որոնք էլ ավելի են կրքերը բորբոքում, որ Ադրբեջանը դիմի այդպիսի քայլերի»,-ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը: Նրա խոսքով, այդ զարգացումներից մեկը Ադրբեջանում անցկացված հանրաքվեն է: Մի շարք հեղինակավոր կազմակերպություններ դատապարտել են այդ հանրաքվեն` ընդգծելով բազմաթիվ խախտումների հանգամանքը: Ըստ Դավիթ Բաբայանի` սա Ալիևի իշխանության հավերժացման մի շոու էր, որն առաջացրեց բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների դժգոհությունը:
«Տեսանք, որ բռնի ձևով իշխանությունները փորձեցին կասեցնել նման զարգացումները: Ամեն դեպքում իրավիճակը շիկացած է: Դրան էլ գումարվում է երկրի սոցիալական ծանր վիճակը, նավթի գների անկումը, պաշտպանության բյուջեի կրճատումը, կան խնդիրներ նպաստների, կենսաթոշակների հետ կապված: Այսպիսի կացություն է ստեղծվել Ադրբեջանում: Հետևաբար՝ լավագույն տարբերակը սահմանային իրավիճակի սրումն է, որ բնակչության ուշադրությունը շեղվի ներքաղաքական զարգացումներից` խաղացնելով արտաքին թշնամու կերպարը»,-ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
Դավիթ Բաբայանի խոսքով, Ադրբեջանի հասարակությունը շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ նույն ալիևյան կլանն է Ադրբեջանի ամենամեծ վտանգը: Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակը նշեց, որ նույն հասարակությունը պետք է հարց տա Ալիևին, թե ինչու է այսքան տարի խաբում: Երևանում անցկացված ռազմական շքերթը ցույց տվեց, որ Ադրբեջանը սպառազինության առումով առաջ չէ, իսկ ապրիլյան պատերազմն էլ հաստատեց, որ ռազմական գործողություններով չի կարող հարց լուծել:
«Հետևաբար այս ձևավորված դժգոհությունն ինչ-որ ձևով պետք է զսպել, շեղել հասարակության ուշադրությունը` ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում ակտիվացնելով իրավիճակը»,-ավելացրեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակն ընդգծեց, որ Ադրբեջանի գործողություններն առաջին հերթին զսպողը հայկական բանակն է, որը միշտ պատրաստ է ամենաբարձր մակարդակով իրականացնել իր առջև դրված խնդիրները:
