Վարժություններ աչքերի հոգնածությունը թոթափելու համար

Համակարգչի դիմաց անցկացրած օրվանից հետո մեր աչքերն, անշուշտ, ունենում են հանգստի կարիք: Իսկ եթե օրվա վերջում նաև զգում եք, որ աչքերում ասես ավազ լինի, ուրեմն անհանգստանալու հիմքեր ունեք:
Ամենօրյա վարժությունները կօգնեն վերագտնել աչքերի հանգստությունը ու կլավացնեն Ձեր տեսողությունը: Ուղղակի այս վարժությունները պետք է արվեն օրը երկու անգամ և որոշակի հստակ ժամացուցակով: Առաջին շաբաթների ընթացքում դուք առանձնապես չեք զգա փոփոխություն, բայց կանցնի որոշ ժամանակ, և աչքերի վիճակի կտրուկ բարելավում կունենաք:
Նկատի ունեցեք, որ վարժություններից յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է կրկնել 10 անգամ:
1. Շարժեք աչքերը աջ, ձախ, ապա՝ վերև, ներքև:
2. Շուրջ մեկ րոպե արագ թարթեք աչքերը:
3. Քթի ծայրին դրեք մատը և հայացքը դանդաղ բերեք դեպի այդ կետը:
4. Հայացքը շարժեք աջ վերևի անկյունից դեպի ձախ ներքևի անկյուն, ապա հակառակը:
5. Մոտեցեք լուսամուտին, նայեք հորիզոնի որևէ հստակ կետի, ֆիքսեք հայացքը, ապա նայեք ավելի մոտ որևէ կետի, օրինակ՝ լուսամուտի փեղկին ու կրկին ֆիքսեք հայացքը:
