Հայաստանում այս տարվա հունվար-օգոստոսին իրականացվել է 196 մլրդ 731,8 մլն դրամի (ավելի քան 415 մլն 45,9 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար) շինարարություն, այդ թվում`շինարարության ծավալում շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքները կազմել են 178 մլրդ 574,1 մլն դրամ։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ 2015թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ շինարարության ծավալը նվազել է 7,5 տոկոսով, շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքներինը՝ 2,6 տոկոսով։

Տնտեսագետ Թաթուլ Մանասերյանի խոսքով՝ շինարարությունը տնտեսական աճի լավ ներկայացնողն է: Նրա դիտարկմամբ, շինարարությունն ամենավերջում է մտնում ճգնաժամի փուլ և ամենավերջում էլ միանում է տնտեսության աշխուժացման փուլին: Շինարարությամբ կարելի է դիտարկել թե ինչ վիճակում է անշարժ գույքի շուկան: Իսկ վերջինս շատ հագեցած է, հատկապես Երևանում: «Պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ պետության կողմից ֆինանսավորման միջոցներն ավելի սահմանափակ են: Ողջունելի է այն միտումը, որ միայն հայկական ֆինանսական շուկայով չի սահմանափակվում շինարարությունը: Պետք է հ աշվի առնել նաև այն, որ Հայաստանի շուկայում ռիսկերը բավական մեծ են և դրանով պայմանավորված որոշակի նվազում կա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Մանասերյանը:

Ըստ տնտեսագետի, մի փոքր պարզունակ մոտեցում է ցուցաբերվում շինարարությանը, այսինքն՝ դիտարկվում է միայն բնակարանային շինարարությունը, մինչդեռ այն տնտեսությանը թափ հաղորդելու տեսանկյունից շինարարությունը բավականին լուրջ ոլորտ է և կարող է մյուս ճյուղերն իր ետևից քաշել ու առաջ տանել: Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը, կարծում է, որ կարելի է ավելի շատ ուշադրություն դարձնել արտադրական շինարարությանը, որը մեծ թափ կարող է ստանալ թե Երևանում, թե մարզերում, որտեղ էլ արտադրության զարգացման խիստ կարիք կա: «Շինարարությունը այս տեսանկյունից դիտարկելով, կլ»,- ընդգծեց տնտեսագետը:

ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալներով, շինարարության 10,2 տոկոսն իրականացվել է պետբյուջեի, 1.9 տոկոսը` համայնքների միջոցների, 14,4 տոկոսը՝ միջազգային վարկերի, 1.4 տոկոսը` մարդասիրական օգնության, 48,5 տոկոսը՝ կազմակերպությունների (դրանից՝ 2,5 տոկոսը՝ օտարերկրյա ներդրողների) և 23,6 տոկոսը` բնակչության միջոցների հաշվին։ Ընդ որում, 2016թ. առաջին ութ ամիսներին կատարված շինարարության ծավալներով առաջատարներն են անշարժ գույքի հետ կապված գործունեության (բաժինն ընդհանուր ծավալի մեջ՝ 25,3 տոկոս), էլեկտրականության. գազի. գոլորշու և լավորակ օդի մտակարարման (բաժինը՝  13.2 տոկոս), տրանսպորտի (բաժինը՝  11.9 տոկոս), մշակույթի. զվարճությունների և հանգիստի (բաժինը՝ 7.9 տոկոս) ոլորտները։
