Գերմանիայի դատախազությունը Էրդողանի մասին սատիրիկ բանաստեղծությունը քրեորեն պատժելի չի համարել

Գերմանացի դատախազները որոշում են կայացրել այն մասին, որ երգիծաբան Յան Բյոհերմանի սատիրիկ բանաստեղծությունը քրեորեն հետապնդելի արարք չէ` ուղղված Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի դեմ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է The New York Times-ը:
Մայնց քաղաքի դատախազները հայտնել են, որ հանում են բոլոր մեղադրանքները Բյոհերմանից, ով 2016 թվականի մարտին հեռուստատեսությամբ Էրդողանին ծաղրող բանաստեղծություն էր ընթերցել: Դատախազների հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ դեռևս ապրիլից տարվող հետաքննության ժամանակ իրենք չեն գտել անհրաժեշտ փաստեր, որոնք կապացուցեն 35-ամյա երգիծաբանի քրեական մտադրությունները: Ավելին, նրանք հայտարարության մեջ նշել են, որ «դա բնորոշ է սատիրայի ժանրի արվեստին»:
Բյոհերմանը, ով վերադարձել էր հեռուստաեթեր մայիսին, հայտնել է իր թվիթերյան միկրոբլոգում, որ իր դիրքորոշումը որոշման վերաբերյալ կհայտնի հոկտեմբերի 5-ին: Նրա փաստաբանը, սակայն, քննադատել է կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելին, ով բանաստեղծությունն անվանել էր «մտադրված վիրավորական»:

Հեռուստահաղորդավար եւ երգիծաբան Յան Բյոհերմանը գերմանական հեռուստաալիքի երգիծական հաղորդման ժամանակ թուրքական դրոշի և Էրդողանի դիմանկարիառաջ նստած բանաստեղծություն էր ընթերցել, որում ասում էր, թե նախագահը սեռական հարաբերություններ ունի այծերի և ոչխարների հետ, իսկ «մանկականպոռնագրաֆիա դիտելու < /i>ժամանակ սիրում է ճնշել փոքրամասնություններին, ծեծել քրդերին և քրիստոնյաներին»: Ավելի վաղ գերմանացի կոմիկն Էրդողանինծաղրի էր ենթարկել չափից ավելի մեծ ծախսեր կատարելու և քաղաքացիական ազատությունները ճնշելու համար, ինչից հետո թուրքական կողմը բողոքի նոտա էրհանձնել Թուրքիայում Գերմանիայի դեսպանին:
