Սկաուտական շարժումը նպատակ ունի երիտասարդների մեջ լավ քաղաքացի դաստիարակելու

Սկաուտական «Եվրասիա» տարածաշրջանի 6-րդ համաժողովը և 3-րդ երիտասարդական ֆորումը տեղի ունեցան հոկտեմբերի 5-ին։ Համաժողովի նպատակն է սահմանել տարածաշրջանում սկաուտության զարգացման ուղենիշեր և կայացնել որոշումներ, որոնք կնպաստեն անդամ-պետությունների սկաուտական կազմակերպությունների առաջընթացին։ Իր ողջու յնի խոսքը հղեց ներկաներին Եվրասիական տարածաշրջանային 3-րդ երիտասարդական ֆորումի և 6-րդ համաժողովի կազմակերպչական ղեկավար Հրաչյա Շմավոնյանը։
«Մեր կոնֆերանսի նպատակներից է՝ քննարկել 2013-2016 թվականներին արված աշխատանքը և կազմել հաջորդ 3 տարիների ռազմավարական ծրագրերը, որոնք պետք է իրականացվեն այս տարածաշրջանում։ Կոնֆերանսի վերջին օրը՝ հոկտեմբերի 8-ին նախատեսված է, որ բոլոր մասնակիցները այցելելու են Ցեղասպանության հուշահամալիր, որից հետո լինելու են Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում և այդքանով ավարտվելու է տարածաշրջանային կոնֆերանսը», -«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց նա։
Համաշխարհային սկաուտական Կոմիտեի նախագահ Ժոաո Արմանդո Գոնսալեսը իր խոսքում նշեց, որ սա շատ կարևոր պահ է տարածաշրջանի համար, քանի որ բոլոր ներկայացուցիչները հավաքվում են մի տեղում, գնահատելու համար կատարված աշխատանքը և փորձելով կանխատեսել, թե ինչ է պետք անել հետայսու։ «Իմ ներկայությունը այստեղ կոչված է միջազգային համ հաղորդել այս կոնֆերանսի աշխատանքներին։ Մեր առաքելությունն է երիտասարդներին դաստիարակել այնպես, որ դառնան լավ քաղաքացիներ, երբ նրանք հասունանան։ Մենք հիմնական շեշտը դնում ենք խաղաղության ոգով դաստիարակելու, ինչպես նաև համայնքային զարգացման վրա։ Մենք շատ ենք արժևորում այս ուղղությունները»,-ասաց Ժոաո Արմանդոն։
Տարածաշրջանային այս ծրագրերին մասնակցելու համար Հայաստան են ժամանելու «Եվրասիա» տարածաշրջանի ազգային սկաուտական կազմակերպությունների անդամները։ Նրանք թվով 70-նն են, ինչպես նաև Սկաուտական շարժման համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունից (ՍՇՀԿ) մոտ 50 հյուր։
«Եվրասիա» տարածաշրջանին անդամակցում են՝ Հայաստանը, Մոլդովան, Բելոռուսը, Ռուսաստանը, Ուկրաինան, Վրաստանը, Տաջիկստանը, Ղազախստանը ևԱդրբեջանը։ Տարածաշրջանային համաժողովն ու դրան նախորդող երիտասարդական ֆորումը անց են կացվում 3 տարին մեկ:
