Ուղեվարձը չվճարող ուղևորների վրա տաքսու վարորդները կանաչ լուծույթ՝ «զելյոնկա» են լցնում

Եթե ուղևորը գտնում է, որ տաքսու վարորդն ավելին է պահանջում, քան իրականում պետք է վճարել և չի վճարում ուղեվարձը, տաքսու վարորդը նրա վրա լցնում է կանաչ լուծույթ՝«զելյոնկա», նկարահանում այդ տեսարանը և տեղադրում համացանցում: Տաքսիստներն այս երևույթն անվանում են «ավատար դարձնել»: Ահա թե ինչ ավանդույթ է ձևավորվել Ռուսաստանի մի քանի քաղաքներում, որը չէր կարող չհայտնվել տեղի իրավապահների ուշադրության կենտրոնում:
Եվ ահա նման հաշվեհարդարի զոհ դարձած ուղևորներից մեկի դատական հայցի հիման վրա էլ օրերս տեղի ունեցավ դատական նիստ: Իր մասնակցությամբ տեսանյութը տեսնելով համացանցում՝ տուժող Անդրեյ Կանավալովը դիմել է ոստիկանություն, ինչից հետո ոստիկանները գտել և ձերբակալել են տաքսու 45-ամյա վարորդ Ռուսլան Տեուչեժին:
Կար ևս մեկ մասնակից, ով սիրով նկարահանել է ողջ ընթացքը, սակայն նա այդպես էլ չի հայտնվել դատարանում: Դատական նիստի մեկնարկին Կանավալովը հայտարարեց, որ հաշտվում է Տեուչեժի հետ, որովհետև տաքսու վարորդը նրան վճարել է 10 000 ռուսական ռուբլի փոխհատուցում պատճառած բարոյական ու հոգեբանական վնասի համար: Իսկ ոստիկանությունը հայտարարում է, որ նման միջադեպերի կրկնության դեպքում կլինի ավելի հետևողական և կկիրառի խիստ պատժամիջոցներ:
