Հայաստանում կկանխվեն երեխայի իրավունքների ոտնահարման դեպքերը

ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան գրասենյակն ու Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակը համագործակցության հուշագիր ստորագրեցին, որով երկու հաստատությունները կմիավորեն իրենց ջանքերը` լավագույնս արձագանքելու ՀՀ-ում երեխայի իրավունքների ոտնահարման դեպքերին:
«ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմում դեռ 2016 թվականի հունիս ամսից ստեղծվել է երեխայի իրավունքների պաշտպանության բաժին, որի խնդիրներից է մոնիթորինգի ենթարկել երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ կապված իրավիճակը մեր երկրում, վերլուծել օրենսդրությունը»,-«Արմենպրես»-
Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչ Տանյա Ռադոչայը նշեց, որ ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ը գոյություն ունի հարատև բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու համար: Բարեփոխումներ, որ թույլ են տալիս երեխաներին զարգանալ և ծաղկի նման բացվել: «Մենք հավատացած ենք, որ լույս աշխարհ եկած յուրաքանչյուր երեխա բռնությունից և շահագործումից զերծ պատշաճ մանկության իրավունք ունի: Մենք համոզված ենք, որ մեր գործընկերության շնորհիվ կամրանա Հայաստանում երեխայի իրավունքների մասին երկխոսությունը»,- նշեց նա:
Համագործակցության շրջանակում պլանավորվում է մշակել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին բողոք ներկայացնելու երեխայակենտրոն մեխանիզմ, ինչը կօգնի ավելի արհեստավարժ կերպով արձագանքել երեխայի իրավունքների ոտնահարումների դեպքերին: Գործընկերները նաև կիրականացնեն աշխատակազմի վերապատրաստում երեխայի իրավունքների, դրանց ոտնահարման դեպքերի մշտադիտարկման ու զեկուցելու, իրավախախտման զոհ կամ վկա հանդիսացող երեխաների հարցազրույցի վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև լրագրողների համար կստեղծվի երեխաներին վերաբերող զգայուն տեղեկատվությունն էթիկապես օգտագրծելու թեմայով ուղեցույց:
