ԵԱՀԿ-ում խստորեն քննադատվել են Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումները

ԵԱՀԿ լիագումար նիստի ժամանակ Վարշավայում խստորեն քննադատության են ենթարկվել Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների ոտնահարումները: Ադրբեջանում իրավախախտումների խնդրին անդրադարձել է ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մայքլ Քոզաքը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայ անի ադրբեջանական ծառայությունը:
Քոզաքը նախ ընդգծել է, որ իրավաբանական գրանցման ժամանակ ոչ ավանդական կրոնական խմբերը Ադրբեջանում բախվում են խնդիրների: Նման խմբերի հավատացյալները չեն կարող ազատորեն դավանել իրենց կրոնը` մշտապես վախենալով ոստիկանական հարձակումներից, տուգանքներից, ձերբակալություններից կամ հետապնդումներից:
Անդրադառնալով երկրում սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին` նա մտավախություն է հայտնել, որ դրանք ավելի կսահմանափակեն ադրբեջանցիների առանց այն էլ սահմանափակ իրավունքները ազատ ու խաղաղ հավաքներ անցկացնելու հարցում: «Մենք կառավարությանը կոչ ենք անում անմիջապես ազատ արձակել խաղաղ հավաքի հիմնարար իրավունքն իրականացնելու ժամանակ ձերբակալվածներին և անհանգստությամբ ենք ընդգծում վենետիկյան հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությունն այն մասին, որ Սահմանադրության փոփոխության առաջարկները իշխանությունը կոնսոլիդացնում են նախագահի ձեռքում և գործադիր շխանությունը դարձնում են ավելի պակաս հնազանդվող»,- նշել է Քոզաքը:
Նա անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանում մամուլի ազատության խնդրին` Միացյալ Նահանգների անունից հորդորելով ազատ արձակել բոլոր լրագրողներին և այլ անձանց, ովքեր բանտարկվել են մտքի արտահայտման ազատությունն իրացնելու պատճառով:
Քոզաքը խոսել է նաև երկրում անկախ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական կուսակցությունների գործունեությունը խոչընդոտելու նախադեպերի ու դրանք վերացնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին:
