Կախարդանքներին հավատալը գալիս է դեռ անհիշելի ժամանակներից: Տարբեր ժամանակներում, մշակույթներում և քաղաքակրթություններում ապրող մարդիկ հետաքրքիր միջոցներ են ստեղծել, որոնք կարող են պաշտպանել հոգին կախարդներից և սատանայից:

Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է մի քանի տարօրինակ իրեր, որոնք կարող են պայքարել սարսափելի կախարդանքների դեմ:

  1. Թաքցրած կոշիկներ

12-րդ դարում Անգլիայում ապրող մի հոգևորական ասում էր, որ նա սատանային բռնել էր հենց իր կոշիկի մեջ: Այդ ժամանակվանից ի վեր հավատացյալները սկսել են կախարդանքների դեմ պայքարել կոշիկի միջոցով: Հին կոշիկները նետում էին գերանների տակ, որպեսզի սատանան չկարողանա այդտեղից դուրս գալ:

  1. Կատվի մումիա

Հեքիաթներով տարված մարդիկ հավատում են, որ կատուները կարողանում են պայքարել կախարդանքների դեմ: Հին ժամանակներում կարծում էին, որ կյանքի ընթացքում ընտանիքին ծառայած կատուն կարող է ծառայել նույն ընտանիքին նաև մահից հետո: Հենց այդ պատճառով տան պատերի մաջ պահվում էին կատուների մումիաները:

  1. Երկաթ

Եվրոպայում մարդիկ հավատում էին, որ վհուկները չեն կարողանում տուն մտնել սառը պողպատի միջով: Շոտլանդիայում, Անգլիայում և Իռլանդիայիում հավատում էին, որ երկաթը հեռացնում է չար հոգիներին: Հին բաբելոնացիները, եգիպտացիներն ու ացտեկները իրականում հավատում էին, որ երկաթը երկնային պարգև է: Նրանք այն հաճախ օգտագործում էին կրոնական ծեսերի ժամանակ:

  1. Նետերի ծայրեր

Շատ մարդիկ հավատում էին, որ նետի ծայրը պաշտպանում է չար աչքից:

  1. Վհուկի քար

Հին Անգլիայում դեռ պահպանվել են քոթեջներ, որտեղ ծխնելույզին դրվում էր առանձին լայն քար: Սկզբում դա ուղղակի անձրևաջրից պաշտպանելու համար էր օգտագործվում, սակայն հետագայում այն սկսեցին նույնացնել վհուկների հետ: Հավատում էին, որ կախարդները կանգնում էին ծխնելույզների վրա, որպեսզի հանգստանան, սակայն այդ քարը խանգարում էր նրանց և նրանք զայրույթից կարող էին կախարդել այդ տունը:

  1. Կախարդական գնդեր

Ըստ հին ավանդույթի՝ կախարդներին շատ են գրավում գունավոր ապակուց գնդերը: Այդ ապակյա գնդերը ձեռքով էին պատրաստում և կախում էին պատուհաններից, որպեսզի գրավեն վհուկների ուշադրությունը: Այդ գնդերը ձգում էին վհուկներին և իրենց թակարդը գցում:

  1. Անցքերով քարեր

     

    Հնում բացվածքներ ունեցող քարերը շատ էին կարևորվում: Եվրոպայում հավատում էին, որ այդ անցքերի միջով այս աշխարհ են մտնում բարի փերիներն ու հոգիները: Եթե այն միշտ կրծքից կախված լինի, ուրեմն հաջողությունն անբաժան կլինի:
