Սոցնպաստներն ու կենսաթոշակները կավելանան 4 միլիարդ դրամով

Տարին մոտենում է ավարտին, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ պետք է ներկայացնել հաջորդ տարվա պետական բյուջեի ծրագիրը: Հրապարակված տեղեկությունն արդեն իսկ հնարավորություն է տալիս հստակ պատկերացում կազմել նախատեսվող գործընթացների վերաբերյալ:
Հաջորդ տարվա համար նախատեսված պետական բյուջեի եկամուտները կլինեն մոտ 1 տրիլիոն 210 միլիարդ դրամ: Եթե համեմատենք նախատեսվող ծախսերը և ներդրումները այս տարվա համար նախատեսված ծրագրի հետ, ապա կստանանք հետևյալ պատկերը.
Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ սոցիալական նպաստները և կենսաթոշակները կավելանան 4 միլիարդ դրամով` հասնելով 417,1 միլիարդ դրամի: Սպասվում է, որ 2,5 միլիարդ դրամով կնվազեցվեն ծառայությունների և ապրանքների ձեռք բերման ծախսերը: Կնվազեն նաև գործողումների և շրջագայությունների համար նախատեսված ծախսերը: Կրճատումը կկազմի 400 միլիոն դրամ:
Նոր բյուջեի ծրագրի համաձայն ՝ 8 միլիարդ դրամով կնվազեն օրենսդիր և գործադիր մարմինների, պետական կառավարման մարմինների ծախսերը:
Այն, որ պետական հատվածը «ձգում է գոտիները» իհարկե ողջունելի է, սակայն հարկավոր է նաև ճիշտ նպատակին ծառայեցնել նվազեցումների արդյունքում այլ ոլորտներին հատկացված գումարները, որոնց արդյունքների մասին հնարավոր կլինի խոսել հաջորդ տարվա վերջում:
