Դատախազությունը քրգործեր է հարուցել Տավուշի գյուղերի գնդակոծման փաստերով

Տավուշի մարզի դատախազի որոշմամբ, հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ հրկիզման, պայթյունի կամ հանրավտանգ այլ եղանակով, ազգային, ռասայական կամ կրոնական ատելության կամ կրոնական մոլեռանդության շարժառիթով ուրիշի գույքը դիտավորությամբ վնասելու դեպքերի առթիվ:

03.09.2015թ.-ին ժամը 19.30-ից մինչեւ 04.09.2015թ.-ի ժամը 03.00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով ուրիշի գույքը հանրավտանգ  եղանակով վնասելու մտադրությամբ, ինքնությունը չպարզված անձանց կողմից ադրբեջանական մարտական հենակետերից մարտական զենքերից կրակոցներ արձակելու արդյունքում Տավուշի մարզի Ոսկեպար գյուղի բնակիչներ՝ Մ. Հ. Ալավերդյանին եւ Վ. Թ. Մանուչարյանին պատճառվել է զգալի չափի գույքային վնաս: Տավուշի մարզի դատախազի որոշմամբ, փաստերի առթիվ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի  185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 4-րդ կետերի  հատկանիշներով հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր: Նախաքննություն կատարելու համար՝ քրեական գործերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ  ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:

02.09.2015թ.-ին ժամը 19.10-ից մինչեւ 03.09.2015թ.-ի ժամը 23.00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում  ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով ուրիշի գույքը ոչնչացնելու մտադրությամբ ինքնությունը չպարզված անձինք ադրբեջանական մարտական հենակետերից մարտական զենքերից կրակոցներ արձակելու միջոցով հրկիզել են  Տավուշի մարզի Կոթի եւ Մովսես  գյուղերի բնակիչներ՝  Շ. Ա.  Հարությունյանին, Վ. Ս. Ջանվելյանին եւ Վ. Ս. Գրիգորյանին պատկանող գույքը, ինչի  հետեւանքով  քաղաքացիներին պատճառվել է զգալի չափի գույքային վնաս: Քաղաքացիներին պատկանող գույքը հրկիզման միջոցով ոչնչացնելու փաստերիի առթիվ, Տավուշի մարզի դատախազի որոշմամբ,  ՀՀ քր. օր-ի  185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 4-րդ կետերի  հատկանիշներով հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր: Նախաքննություն կատարելու համար՝ քրեական գործերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ  ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
