ԱՄՆ-ը դադարեցրել Է Ռուսաստանի հետ երկկողմ կապուղիների օգտագործումը, որոնք ստեղծվել Էին Սիրիայում հրադադարին աջակցելու համար: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է Պետդեպարտամենտի մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավար Ջոն Քիրբին:
«Միացյալ Նահանգները դադարեցնում Է իր մասնակցությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ երկկողմ կապուղիներին, որոնք հաստատվել Էին Սիրիայում մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման ռեժիմին աջակցելու նպատակով»,- ասել Է նա: Վաշինգտոնը Մոսկվային մեղադրում Է իր պարտավորությունները չկատարելու մեջ:
Բացի այդ, ԱՄՆ-ը հետ Է կանչում իր անձնակազմը, որը պետք Է մասնակցեր Համատեղ գործադիր կենտրոնի ստեղծմանը: Ամերիկացի զինվորականները կշարունակեն օգտվել Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ շփման կապուղիներից, որպեսզի կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակներ թույլ չտան Սիրիայում:
Սպիտակ տունն այն կարծիքին Է, որ Սիրիայի շուրջ Ռուսաստանի հետ երկխոսությունում կողմերի «համբերությունն սպառվել Է»: ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Ջոշուա Էռնեստն այդ մասին հայտարարել Է լրագրողների համար անցկացված բրիֆինգի ժամանակ:
«Միացյալ Նահաններն ու Ռուսաստանն այլեւս քննարկելու բան չունեն Սիրիային վերաբերող համաձայնագրի տեսակետից»,- ասել Է Էռնեստը:- Դա ողբերգական Է Սիրիայի ժողովրդի համար»:
