«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած ՏԻՄ ընտրությունը կարող է վերածվել Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի եւ առաջիկա խորհրդարանի ընտրությանը նախորդող գործընթացի «դիդակտիկ» նյութի: Հանրապետության երկրորդ եւ երրորդ քաղաքներում տեղի ունեցած ավագանու ընտրությունը, որը, ըստ էության, նաեւ քաղաքապետի ընտրություն է, ստեղծեց մի իրավիճակ, որտեղ ՀՀԿ ավանդական «միանձնյա» հաղթանակի փոխարեն՝ տեսականում առկա է նույնիսկ ՀՀԿ-ի պարտություն: Համենայնդեպս՝ թե՛ Գյումրիում, թե՛ Վանաձորում ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից հանդես եկող ուժերը ընդհանուր առմամբ ստացել են ավելի շատ ձայն, հավաքել են ավելի շատ մանդատ, քան ՀՀԿ-ն:

Հետեւաբար տեսականորեն եթե նրանք իսկապես ընդդիմադիր են բոլորը եւ իսկապես հրամայական են համարում ՀՀԿ-ն իշխանությունից հեռացնելը, թեկուզ միայն այդ երկու քաղաքներում, ապա թվում է, որ նրանք այլ տարբերակ չունեն, քան միավորվել ավագանիներում եւ ՀՀԿ-ին խաղի կանոններ թելադրել:

Այդ տեսանկյունից Գյումրիի եւ Վանաձորի ընտրությունները վերածվել են ընդդիմադիր դաշտի ինդիկատորի կամ «լյուստրացիոն» մեխանիզմի: Այժմ կերեւա, թե այդ երկու քաղաքների ավագանիներ անցած քաղաքական ուժերից իրականում ով որքան է անկեղծ եղել կամ անկեղծ լինում, երբ հայտարարում է, որ ՀՀԿ-ն Հայաստանի համար չարիք է եւ օր առաջ պետք է հեռացնել իշխանությունից: Նրանք բոլորը այժմ ստացել են ՀՀԿ-ն առնվազն Գյումրիի եւ Վանաձորի իշխանությունից հեռացնելու հնարավորություն: Հատկապես, որ այդ հնարավորությունն օգտագործելու դեպքում նրանք կարող են հանրային հսկայական լիցք կուտակել համապետական հնարավորությունից՝ 2017 թվականի խորհրդարանի ընտրությունից առաջ:

Եվ հակառակը՝ եթե Վանաձորում եւ Գյումրիում ՀՀԿ-ն կարողանա պահպանել իր քաղաքապետական եւ իշխանական դիրքերը, ապա դա լինելու է խորհրդարանի ընտրությունից առաջ հարված ընդդիմադիր դաշտի դիրքերին:

Ըստ էության ստացվում է, որ ՀՀԿ-ն չի հաղթել կամ չի հաղթել ինչպես միշտ, սակայն իրավիճակը մարտահրավեր է դարձել ավելի շատ ոչ թե ՀՀԿ-ի, այլ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի, ընդդիմադիր դաշտի համար: Կամ ոչ պակաս մարտահրավեր է ընդդիմադիր դաշտի, քան ՀՀԿ-ի համար: Եվ սա իրականում վերջին տարիներին հայաստանյան ներքաղաքական պատկերի տրամաբանական «հանգրվանն» է, երբ պարզվում է, որ ՀՀԿ-ի իշխանության խնդիրը ավելի շուտ ընդդիմադիր դաշտում է, այդ դաշտում առկա խնդիրների տողատակերում, եւ Հանրապետականը իշխանությունը պահում է ոչ թե սեփական ուժի, այլ մրցակիցների կամ ընդդիմադիր դաշտի թուլության հաշվին:

Ավելի արագ բարձրանալու հնարավորություն ունի նա, ով ավելի խորը եւ ընդգրկուն կկարողանա տալ նոր իրավիճակի «ախտորոշումը» կամ «ստուգաբանությունը», նոր իրավիճակի համակարգային հիմքերը եւ պատճառները՝ կարողանալով դրանք համադրել ավելի մեծ շրջանակի վրա, քան ՏԻՄ ընտրությունը»:
