Հայաստանի հարավային անցակետի բարեկարգումը մեկ միլիոն եվրո կարժենա

Եվրամիության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Աջակցություն Հայաստանին միգրացիայի եւ սահմանների կառավարման ոլորտներում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում ընթացք կտրվի Հայաստանի պետական սահմանի Մեղրիի անցակետի արդիականացման նախագծին: «Հայաստանի հյուսիսային սահմանի անցակետն արդիականացնելուց հետո, մենք անցնում ենք հարավային անցակետին, որի բարեկարգումը մեկ միլիոն եվրո կարժենա: Այս ծրագիրը ներառում է մի երկիր` Իրանը, որը արեւելյան գործընկերության մասնակից չէ: Հենց այս փաստն էլ ավելի կարեւոր է դարձնում այս նախաձեռնությունը»,- ասացՀայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին:
Վերջերս Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունից վերադարձած դեսպանը հայտնեց, որ Իրանում շատ ջերմ ու բարեկամական են տրամադրված Հայաստանի հանդեպ: «Մենք՝ որպես Եվրամիություն, շատ երջանիկ ենք սատարելու այս նախաձեռնությունը, որը կարեւոր է երկու երկրների համար: Մեր օժանդակությունը շատ անկեղծ է: Ով Մեղրի գնացել է, կփաստի, որ հյուսիս-հարավ միջանցքը կարիք ունի կատարելագործման, քանի որ այդտեղով շատ ավտոբուսներ եւ բեռնատարներ են երթեւեկում»,- հավելեց դեսպանը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ Հայաստանի հարավային ուղղության արդիականացումը կդյուրանի առեւտրաշրջանառությունը:
ՄԱԶԾ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Բրեդլի Բուզետտոն նշեց, որ հյուսիսային սահմանում Բագրատաշեն-Բավրա-Գոգավան անցման կետերի արդիականացման աշխատանքներն ընթացքի մեջ են, եւ առաջիկա մի քանի շաբաթների ընթացքում անցակետը պաշտոնապես կբացվի: «Մենք նախատեսում ենք Հայաստանի եւ Վրաստանի միջեւ ազատ առեւտրի գոտի կառուցել` դյուրացնելու ապրանքաշրջանառությունը, մարդկանց հոսքը»,- ասաց Բուզետտոն:
«Աջակցություն Հայաստանին միգրացիայի եւ սահմանների կառավարման ոլորտներում» ծրագիրն ամբողջովինֆինանսավորվում է Եվրոպական միության կողմից եւ իրականացվում ՄՔՄՄԿ կողմից` ՄԱԶԾ հետ համագործակցությամբ: «Աջակցություն Հայաստանին միգրացիայի եւ սահմանների կառավարմանոլորտներում» եռամյա ծրագրի ընդհանուր բյուջեն կազմում է մոտ չորս միլիոն եվրո: Առաջիկա 18 ամսում` մինչեւ 2017 թվականի վերջը, ՄԱԶԾ-ն կիրականացնի ծրագրի սահմանների կառավարմանբաղադրիչի աշխատանքները բյուջեից հատկացված 880 000 եվրոյի շրջանակում:
