Հունգարիայի վարչապետը հաղթանակ է տոնում փախստականների քվոտաների շուրջ հանրաքվեից հետո

Հունգարիայի վարչապետ Վիտոր Օրբանը հայտարարել Է, որ հանրաքվեի արդյունքները Եվրամիության երկրների միջեւ գաղթականների քվոտաների պարտադիր բաշխման հակառակորդների հաղթանակն Է, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:
Քվեարկածների շուրջ 98 տոկոսը դեմ Է արտահայտվել ԵՄ-ի անդամ երկրներում 160 հազար գաղթականների տեղավորելու Եվրամիության մտադրություններին, որոնցից 1294-ը պետք Է բաժին հասնեին Հունգարիային: Բոլոր այդ մարդիկ փախստականներ են Սիրիայից, Իրաքից, Մերձավոր Արեւելքի ու Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի այլ երկրներից:
Մինչդեռ հանրաքվեին մասնակցությունը ցածր Է եղել անհրաժեշտ նվազագույնից. քվեարկել Է ձայնի իրավունք ունեցող ընտրողների 43 տոկոսը, իսկ նվազագույնը կազմում Է 50 տոկոս:
Դա ընդդիմությանը հիմք Է տվել հայտարարելու, որ հանրաքվեի արդյունքները պետք Է անվավեր ճանաչվեն: Նրա առաջնորդ Ֆերենց Դյուրչանիայի խոսքով՝ ցածր ակտիվությունը նշանակում Է, որ մարդկանց մեծամասնությունը չի աջակցում կառավարությանը:
Սակայն վարչապետը քվեարկության արդյունքները սպառիչ Է համարել թե քաղաքական, թե օրինականության տեսանկյունից:
Օրբանը հորդորել Է ԵՄ-ին՝ ուշադրություն դարձնել Հունգարիայում կայացած քվեարկության արդյունքների վրա եւ նախազգուշացրել Է, որ փոփոխություններ կմտցնի երկրի Սահմանադրության մեջ, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են հանրաքվի արդյունքները կատարման համար պարտադիր ճանաչելու համար:
Իրավական տեսակետից քվեարկության ցանկացած արդյունք որեւԷ բանի չի պարտավորեցնում Բրյուսելին. Հունգարիան պարտավոր Է հետեւել Եվրամիության սահմանած կանոններին: Մինչդեռ Եվրահանձնաժողովում Էլ միասնություն չկա քվոտաների սահմանման հարցում:
