Քաղաքացի Արմեն Պ.-ն հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ անհայտ անձը «Վայբեր» հեռահաղորդակցության համակարգի խմբերից մեկում հրապարակել է իրեն պատկանող ՍՊ ընկերությանը վերաբերող առևտրային գաղտնիք կազմող տեղեկություններ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից, նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում տեղեկություններ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ համանման գործունեությամբ զբաղվող մեկ այլ ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրեն Սաթենիկ Հ.-ն, անձնական նկատառումներից ելնելով, դիմել է Արտաշատի հարկային տեսչության աշխատակից ընկերուհուն՝ խնդրելով իրեն տրամադրել Արմեն Պ.-ին պատկանող ՍՊ ընկերության հետ գործարքներ կատարած պատվիրատու կազմակերպությունների անվանումները:

Արտաշատի հարկային տեսչության աշխատակիցը, իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով և առանց համապատասխան հիմքերի, հարկային մարմնի էլեկտրոնային համակարգից լուսանկարել է ընկերուհուն անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվությունը, այն փոխանցել վերջինիս՝ էական վնաս պատճառելով Արմեն Պ.-ին պատկանող ՍՊ ընկերության օրինական շահերին: Արդյունքում՝ «Վայբեր» հեռահաղորդակցության համակարգի խմբերից մեկում հասանելի են դարձել Արմեն Պ.-ին պատկանող ՍՊ ընկերությանը վերաբերող առևտրային գաղտնիք կազմող տեղեկությունները:

ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի Արտաշատի տարածքային հարկային տեսչության տեղեկատվական և վերլուծական բաժնի նախկին հարկային տեսուչի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործը ընդունվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ:
