Աֆրիկյանի «համեստ» ձեռքբերումները՝ Ասիայից մինչև Եվրոպա

Past.am-ն անդրադարձել է ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Աֆրիկյանի գույքի և եկամուտների հայտարարագրին: Ըստ այդ փաստաթղթի պարզվում է, որ փոխնախարարը բավական համեստ կարողություններ ունի: Համենայն դեպս, նա այդպիսին է ներկայանում, երբ ուսումնասիրում ենք նրա ներկայացրած գույքի և եկամուտների հայտարարագիրը:
Անցած ֆինանսական տարում Աֆրիկյանը որևէ անշարժ կամ շարժական գույք, արժեթուղթ կամ այլ միջոցներ չի օտարել և ձեռք չի բերել: Փոխնախարարը եկամուտ չի ստացել նաև որևէ փոխառությունից, փոխարենը 700 000 դրամով աճել են նրա դրամական միջոցները` 16,500,000.00-ից հասնելով 17,200,000.00-ի: Նվազել է, սակայն, Աֆրիկյանի դոլարային «հոգեպահուստը»` 4500-ից հասնելով 4000-ի, բայց սրան հակառակ աճել են նրա միջոցները եվրոյով` 5400-ից հասնելով 6674-ի:
Տարօրինակ է, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ընդամենը 5,786,640 դրամ աշխատավարձ ստացած և «կողքից» որևէ այլ եկամուտ չստացած Արթուր Աֆրիկյանը կարողացել է ոչ միայն գոյատևել իր աշխատավարձով, այլ մի բան էլ «հետ գցել»: Սակայն, պարզվում է, սա դեռևս այսբերգի երևացող մասն է:
Տարբեր երկրներում հայաստանյան դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություններին մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրները երբեմն հետաքրքիր տեղեկություններ են տրամադրում, թե Հայաստանի այս կամ այն պաշտոնյան ինչպիսի նոր ձեռքբերումներ է ունենում այս կամ այն երկրում: Նմանատիպ աղբյուրները, օրինակ, պնդում են, որ Արթուր Աֆրիկյանը մեծաքանակ չհայտարարագրված անշարժ գույք ունի Դուբայում և Իսպանիայում՝ Բարսելոնայում: Աֆրիկյանը «հասցրել է» չհայտարարագրված անշարժ գույք ձեռք բերել նաև Հայաստանի տարածքում, օրինակ՝ Ծաղկաձորում:
Այս ամենից հետո մնում է զարմանալ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների դժգոհություններին, թե երկրում սոցիալական ցածր մակարդակ է և ստացած աշխատավարձով ապրելն անհնար է: Եթե մի հասարակ փոխնախարար, ստանալով տարեկան ընդամենը 5,786,640 դրամ խղճուկ եկամուտ, կարողանում է Ասիայից Եվրոպա անշարժ գույք ձեռք բերել, ուրեմն մենք ապրում ենք դրախտային պետությունում...
Զարմանալի է՝ ինչպես եվրոպական միգրանտները չեն հեղեղում Երևանի փողոցները...
